Just finished unpacking and getting ready to install this for No dishwasher. It looks great.. The racks seem nice and sturdy and are easy to move in and out.. I love the third top tray. Can’t wait to put it to use and see if it performs as good as it looks.

I am incredibly impressed with both Forno’s customer service and their commitment to standing behind their products. I recently reached out regarding damage to the exterior door panel of my Forno dishwasher. Although the unit did not arrive damaged, Monica from the customer service team went above and beyond by arranging a replacement door as a one-time courtesy. She was kind, responsive, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It’s rare these days to find a company willing to help a customer in this way, and I truly appreciate the generosity and support Forno provided. The dishwasher itself is beautiful and has been a great addition to our home, but this experience with customer service has made me an even bigger fan of the brand. A special thank you to Monica for her outstanding assistance. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Highly recommended!

This dishwasher is not working after the hookup is completed. I called Southeast Steele, who told me to call Nicholson Appliance Services, they told me to call FERNO and they will dispatch a work order to them. My Southeast Steele invoice Order #: 203443. The dishwasher problem is the top came sunken that prevent the top tray from pulling out, both side of the door comes with damages and only the first light is displayed then shutoff. I do not recall these damages on the floor in the first place.

We just purchased the FORNO brand appliances for our new house. They appear to be great quality and we will know once we get some use out of them.

I inspected the unit upon delivery and confirmed no damage outside. However, during installation, after removing the toe kick as part of the installation, I noticed some panels underneath that were cracked. It didn't seem to affect functionality, so I kept going. The final step was to remove all packing materials inside, and upon doing so, I noticed that the top rack had a wheel that was completely bent, not allowing for proper functionality. The rack actually pulls completely off the rail when pulled out. So, Forno is sending out a replacement rack.

Beautiful, easy to install, easy to use. Only issue is it does not have the energy star label. Love the product

I'm leaving a 4 star review despite not having even installed the unit yet, because apparently it's required to register the product.

So far this dishwasher has lived up to my expectations and the dishes come out clean. The top rack is a bonus however not a useful as I once thought (we rarely use it).

I have given it a 3 star rating because I have not had sufficient time to assess my satisfaction with the product. I will reassess my rating after a few weeks of using the product.
