Refrigerator arrived damaged. The doors were scratched and the interior baskets were scratched and some were broken. The Chinese did not take care to ensure properly packaged. They should really put frisk on the doors to eliminate scratches. The set screws in the handles required 2 different allen keys as they were 2 different sizes. Still needs resolution. Will see how customer service responds.

Our house was built on the 50's and it still has the original cabinets. The space for the refrigerator wasn't meant for todays normal size. Our problem was height, with a minor alteration to cabinet we created enough height to fit this beautiful fridge. Thank you for designing and building the perfect appliance.

Beautiful design and amazing amount of interior space for a small refrigerator. It's simply stunning. The one design flaw is the plastic containers in the doors - they really are not well secured and one has already fallen out and cracked in the first two weeks. I really hope Forno can address that design flaw. Otherwise a really great refrigerator.

Our brand new refrigerator cannot maintain a temperature in the fridge compartment less than 48 degrees. We have the fridge setting at the lowest setting (32 degrees), but noticed food does not feel very cold (particularly drinks). We have had a thermometer in the fridge for 24 hours and it doesn’t read cooler than 48 degrees no matter where the thermometer is placed in the refrigerator compartment. We do not notice the compressor running excessively. We have tried adjusting the temperature in the freezer to a lower temperature to try to lower the fridge compartment temperature, but that has not had any effect on the fridge compartment. The air temperature in our house is consistently between 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit. We are concerned that the refrigerator’s temperature gauge may be defective.

We'd like to activate the Warranty on our new Refrigerator but apparently we are required to fill out a review before we've had much time with it. So far so good is about all we can honestly say since it's only been a week. We'd have preferred to leave a glowing review after a few months. As it stands we're very happy so far with hope and optimism for the future.

The refrigerator is beautiful. love the smudge free feature. Handles are gorgeous. Freezer can be a little small. Refrigerator shelves and side inside panels are great! Love how quiet it is. I would give it five stars, unfortunately having issues with ice maker. Waiting for customer service to see how the recovery is.

This is the second refrigerator I bought this past month the first one didn't cool so I returned it & bought another one, it arrived today with damage to the back and right back corner (dented). Two of the plastic door bins are broken. I can live with the dents but need two replacement door bins please.

Fridge is great.. the info on building the enclosure is a bit off in dimensions. I build for a living, and built to spec.. but the fridge didn't;t fit specs. Also, the ice maker isn't working out of the gate, so I'm going we can get this remedied.

We have had this fridge for a few months, no issues.
