Refrigerator arrived damaged. The doors were scratched and the interior baskets were scratched and some were broken. The Chinese did not take care to ensure properly packaged. They should really put frisk on the doors to eliminate scratches. The set screws in the handles required 2 different allen keys as they were 2 different sizes. Still needs resolution. Will see how customer service responds.

We are limited to a 30” wide fridge in our 1947 built home, and after searching online and in big box stores found the Forno French door to replace our KitchenAid French door fridge. We love the simplicity of the shelves and overall style and function so far. Our other fridge did not last 4 years before breaking and the interior design was terrible. Thanks for making a fridge to fit small spaces and that feels like it will last a decade or more Forno!

We are pretty happy with the new fridge, but one issue came up that seems like a bad design. It looks like we loaded our left door up with items, which makes the door sag lower. Unfortunately, this means the seal that is on a swivel on the left hand door doesn't always get triggered correctly.

This is a nice looking fridge that seems to work as it should. I've only had it for a week, and there's sufficient space for one person or a small family. I don't have a hookup in my condo for water to the fridge, so can't comment on the ice maker. I would have like a deli drawer and more options for moving shelves, but it's fine. Overall, it seems fine.

Unfortunately the bottom left plastic door tray broke. Will contact the warranty department

Had to replace 1 year old refrigerator let’s hope this one lasts longer.

It looks like the compressor or fan is bad after only a few weeks of operation.

Simple and elegant. We love how it fits in our kitchen.

And the ice maker overflows At least 50 characters? I don’t have more to say. There’s no filtered water and the ice maker (spelled marker on all the ads) doesn’t stop when the bin is full.
