[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I met Jacques a few months ago at a breakfast spot in Las Vegas. I was there eating breakfast by myself when Jacques walked up and sat next to me. Jacques immediately started a conversation with me on the most friendliest way. He then asked where I was from and what I did for work, the typical conversation. After a short time of us having a conversation he asked, "who do you love and who would you like to make happy?". To me it was a weird question for a stranger to ask. I said, "excuse me! What do you mean!?" He repeated, "who would you like to make happy?". I said my mom and sister. He said, "I'm going to send them all new appliances." He said, "you have great energy and I can tell that you're a good man." I said thank you. I then continued to eat my breakfast while Jacques continued to talk. When we were done we exchanged numbers and I thought that would be the end of it. Long story short, a month later my family received a brand new refrigerator and stove from Jacques. Everything was delivered to their home in Chicago. You never know who you're going to meet. Treat everyone with kindness. Jacques was definitely a blessing. Thank you very much!

I'm calling this an early review because it's just based on what I'm seeing has been delivered. Because my appliance is new I haven't really gotten any use out of it yet. Looks great out of the package. Mounting the handles was very simple. I really liked having two different colors schemes to choose from on the handles. The quality of the interior looks great as well. So far so good!

I contacted Forno for help with refrigerator door that arrived damaged from Lowe's as Lowe's customer service was less than helpful. Within a day I had an email response to the email I sent. Throughout the process, it was shared that the item was on backorder but was provided with a tentative recovery ETA. I was assured that the replacement door would arrive at no cost to me as it was covered under 2 year warranty. The door just arrived and needless to say I am happy with the overall look and operation of the refrigerator but more so with the customer service I received

Just got my fridge and oven. So far so good, it's beautiful and holds a lot more than I expected. Nice glass shelves

I purchased through Lowes July8 2026.Many delivery announcements did not receive until late august .They did not install ice maker hose nor did they leave it which I paid extra for.The fridge never cooled even after all trouble shooting options.More than. month later a replacement refrigerator came .They left it I wanted them to wait for at least the fridge to get cool.So here we are with a fridge that again does not cool.Lowes is aware but I do believe you have a bad run on your fridges of this model.I can't be that unlucky...

The refrigerator is very well laid out. The shelves are very inconvenient and the 6 gallon containers on the doors are very handy. As a matter of fact, having those six large containers on the doors makes organizing the food much better than a large larger refrigerator does. But the upper freezer bin that was delivered with my refrigerator is the wrong one. It does not fit. It is a half inch too small so the rollers don't match up and the upper rails do not match up.

Purchased this because of sleek design and perfect fit in a tight space. Unfortunately, the defrost coil and fan failed within just 18 months.
