My cats refuse to drink out of it.

This fountain worked well enough for 4 months, but when mine developed a problem with a leaking lid, the manufacturer told me they would not give me warranty support for it since I purchased it at Sam's, instead of buying it directly from them. The lack of warranty support should be made clear from the point of sale.

Wonderful, easy to use and cats love it.

I am a 2-cat family and 2-dog family that don't like to share watering bowls. I found this one and loved that I could keep an eye on my independent cats and get updates on how much they are drinking, and it's filtered. The cordless design is great because I can put it anywhere and I will update but if it really gets 80 days off one charge, but that will be just icing on the cake as I love this thing!

My pets love this. But why don't you carry the filters for it?

The thing I love about this the most is the cordless design! No more splashing on the connected outlets. 80+ days on a single charge is very impressive! Plus, it only runs when my kitty takes a drink, no more constant water noises is a huge win.

i mostly bought this for the cordless design. That coupled with the fact that i can monitor my pets consumption is great! I use this for my small dog, but would be perfect for cats as well!
