[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE our new Samsung 55" Class Crystal UHD U8000FD 4K Smart TV. The picture is absolutely perfect, bright, vibrant and I feel like I am right there with everything we watch. The sound is amazing. The only thing we Hate is the Remote that came with it. The volume button is annoying and difficult to use. I don't know who created this remote, but it is Not user friendly and is stupid. Also very very small and hard to see what buttons are for what. Also, I just wanted to upload a picture of our remote and am not able to, You have a section for this but not able to upload.

The main thing I was looking for was good picture quality, and this TV delivers 100%. The colors are so vibrant and punchy without looking fake, and the crispness of the 4K picture is unreal—everything looks super sharp. For a 65-inch screen, the clarity is top-notch. It was easy to set up and looks sleek in my living room, but honestly, I just can't get over how good the picture looks for the price. Highly recommend if you want a stunning display!

After 2 months of owning the TV, a random vertical green line appeared down the center with a horizontal black line running across. Working with Samsung was awful and took over 2 months after approval to get a replacement. Their exchange process is awful and takes a long time since they take your device and make you wait 2 week+ before you are able to get a replacement. I wish we had gone with a different brand.

The remote is easy to remember without looking at it while using. Also, it has a built in solar panel to recharge whenever needed. It was simply a no brainer to add other devices and using the app the matches the TV. I use the every saver mode and the brightness is still very good while saving energy,. It delivers plenty of clear resolution and vibrancy and easy on the eyes. Again, interface is ready to use with plenty of connections in the back.

Even with windows, there isnr glare. The picture is so clearand bold color, it's like you're there! Easy to use with so many options and quick sppeds, you can't go wrong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always had Samsung TVs. Got this one home and it was a nightmare from the time I turned it on. The remote is a little black stick with only a few buttons and symbols and you can't tell what any are for. The set-up was complex, and it took forever to get through the confusing registration process. Then the remote would bounce around the apps from left to right and back again and not stop. I finally boxed it up and took it back.

The picture is clear and sharp and looks more 3D than flat, like you're watching it in person. The colors are vibrant and bright, but not oversaturated. The brightness and contrast make even "dark" scenes visible, but not unnatural. The only downside has been difficulty connecting to the Amazon Fire stick, but that's a work in progress. All in all, love the TV, would recommend.

For me the best feature is the video game mode with Xbox built in, no console required. My video games have never looked this good. I was able to use game controllers that I already owned, they easily paired with the TV.

The built in ability of not needing an external source for streaming apps, because it's built in. The tv is very, very bright and you can use a smart phone to control the tv with Samsung Smart things app, so no need to panic if somebody misplaces the remote. You can lock settings with security features easily for limited access for kids
