I do have it set for best available, only bc i have the same issue on the others too! I will be watching something and all of a sudden it gets extremely loud, even if I haven't touched the remote, and when I lower it, it sounds almost like its being muffled by something, but when I turn off the TV and unplug all of thre cords, let it sit for about 15-20 minutes and when I do that, everything is fine. This happens so sporadically, sometimes its a couple times a week, to no issues for a month or so, but other than that, I like the TV!
The sound sometimes fluctuates on its own...

Great Apps included plus you can download more from the Samsung App Store right from the TV. Really nice picture quality in all areas of brightness, contrast and resolution. Watching anything on the Streaming Apps is super fast with a high quality refresh rate. The remote is excellent also.

The built in ability of not needing an external source for streaming apps, because it's built in. The tv is very, very bright and you can use a smart phone to control the tv with Samsung Smart things app, so no need to panic if somebody misplaces the remote. You can lock settings with security features easily for limited access for kids

Had some issues setting up a Samsung soundbar to use Q-Symphony but figured out that my Onkyo Home Theater system was interfering via HDMI (even though it was not plugged into eARC). Problem resolved when I disabled functionality on the Onkyo. Wish there was a way for the software to handle multiple eARC connections.

I can clearly see the difference from our old 65'' samsung curve tv. The view is so good I think its right in front of me! Everything is so smooth, the picture to picture or scene to scene, the skin tones are on point & I love the volume on it. Usually tv's havent been loud enough w/out a speaker or soundbar, but this 1 is awesome! It seems like the tv auto adjusts lighting too..i love it! I havent had an issue w/my Samsung or Google accounts either..tht process was smooth 2. Havent had an issue w/security either.

The resolution is amazing for UHD and it was extremely simple to connect and set up. The brightness is also phenominal compared to my last TV, and it all blends in really nicely with my room.

Looks wonderful in dark or light rooms. After a few months it started to freeze up daily. But then a major update fixed it. Now its faster than when it was new. Like using device care every few weeks. Helps clean up background apps. The rechargeable solar-powered remote is great.

With that being said the new 85” Samsung has a great picture, features keep me busy trying to use them all, or at least try them out, the brightness is perfect, along with the contrast, great color, and no matter where I'm sitting or standing in my living room I can view the screen from all angles and see a super picture! And everyday I discover so many things that I could do with it. It is so refreshing to see. You can adjust brightness which helps a lot since I kind of need to watch something for me to fall asleep quickly. The hd resolution is also easy in the eyes that makes it so immersing.

No matter the resolution of the source, the image is always crisp and vibrant. We do both streaming and over-the-air channels. I've had this tv for many years and there are no issues. The updates are automatic.
