[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness, Contrast, Responsiveness, are all great. How ever channel selection with the remote leaves a lot to be desired. You can't just select a channel without going to the guide and searching for it. That gets difficult and confusing.

TV takes control and forces streaming which I don't want instead of starting with my Direct TV system. I also have a soundbar which it fights me to use. It does not want me to use the connected soundbar also , when I turn the TV off, it always comes back on by itself. Find it very frustrating.

It is the exact size and model we bought May 27, 2025. Nice color and sound. Bought the warranty this time, so I'm covered. If this goes out with problems, and the warranty doesn't cover, NEVER again will I waste my money on a Samsung. My LG in the kitchen is 8 years old and is working fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was a piece of junk. I returned it. The video would hang while the audio continued. The navigation was terrible. It would go to an app and just show a black screen. I had to back out and go back in to the app to get a picture. I repeatedly thought I could probably live with all the glitches but finally gave up and returned the TV.

The Samsung system is very intuitive; the screen quality is superb. I liked it so much I ordered three more versions. I really enjoy these televisions.
