[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great TV! This tv is 4K, Intelligent and has ultra-fast optimization. It's a smart tv with built in apps and availability to add more. Thus tv is not too heavy but very thin in depth. The frame is small and gives a better, fuller picture corner to corner. Great overall! I also like the Samsung Knox Security feature and I appreciate the Endless Free Content. I notice the benefit and greatness of the Motion Xcelerator 60Hz and see what a great difference it makes. The HDR is amazing! The impact of the Color Booster feature is great and definitely a game changer. I also love and appreciate the Object Tracking Sound Lite and think the Q-Symphony feature is something I never knew I needed. Simply a great TV with amazing features and at a great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tv. The clarity of the picture is absolutely amazing. There's no shadowing, the color booster makes the images bright and colorful and the picture is crisp and clear. The Crystal Processor 4K gives a good 4K image that makes for a great movie experience. The only downfalls I found about this tv is there aren't many HDMI ports. The one on the back of the tv is pretty useless if you wall mount your tv. We had to adjust it in just the right spot that it wouldn't interfere with the wall mount. The HDMI still pushes into the wall and pushes the tv out a little but at least it's useable now, and there is no optical cord input for us to connect our soundbar. Luckily our soundbar has Bluetooth but this would have been a big issue for us a few years ago because internet wasn't available in our area back then. If you have many devices like Blu ray players, gaming systems and such it's a little difficult because of limited ports but the clarity of the picture does make up for it. I'm also not a fan of the Samsung program on the tv. It's difficult for me to navigate to where I want to be. If I go to my recents and click on what I was watching it will start playing in the tiny frame and rarely opens to a larger frame for me. I'll have to exit out to something else then go back in and that usually works. The Motion Xcelerator 60Hz does a good job for fast movements but there is definitely room for improvement. If you're a gamer, this tv might be lacking.

Crystal clear... it looks truly amazing and the TV looks great in the living room. Getting alot of comments from guest who come over. Never been happier

Movies: also have a amazing picture. The all around quality is incredible. The color, the sharpness, just visually beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television exceeded all of my expectations in that I was looking at a different Samsung television and because it wasn't available. I thought I was settling for this one. How wrong was I…? I had seen past model reviews and they were not very favorable, this is the new 2025 model and it has rectified every issue that was complained about on the TU series AU series and DU series of this television animated twice as good as what one would've expected for the price. A 4K television with the kind of sound that this television produces would cost a lot more money than what it does the crispness the clarity of both audio and visual is just amazing. When I turned this television on, I thought they sent me the wrong item because I know what I paid for this television And the list price is so inexpensive for the quality. Don't be fooled by this tiny remote control, its functionality is just as user friendly as one with numbers and more buttons, as voice control operates this remote. This television can connect AirPods and so many other auxiliary items with 3 HDMI ports, streaming services of iHeartRadio, Apple TV+ Disney+, Hulu, Max, Netflix, Paramount, plus Peacock prime video Spotify and YouTube TV that works with Amazon, Alexa, Google Assistant and Samsung Bixby… What more could you ask for. This is so convenient if you have children and you don't have time to channel surf or fish through the Internet. The free movies and the free channels are an added bonus. I did not even expect. Samsung thank you so much for a product. I didn't even know I needed.

The color and clarity of this television is 5 stars. The remote and lack of apps are terrible. If you have Filo tv app, it is not available for Samsung tv. I connected my Roku software pad to get more apps. Samsung needs to expand the amounts of apps available to the public. The remote is not well designed. The remote is too small, you have to push the volume or channel button up with your fingernail. The next time I purchase a television. I will buy Roku 4K Television. The remote is bigger, buttons are easier to push. I have not purchased a Samsung television in 11 years. This will be my last purchase. The volume is okay compared to Roku 4K television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Crystal UHD 4K is incredible. It's responsive and super user-friendly. The picture is super clear. I recently watched the New “Mufasa” movie on it and could make out even fine hairs on the lions. The sound quality is top-tier. I love that it's interconnected with my Xbox. I have had blast playing my games like Forza Horizon 5 without even leaving the couch. There's not input lag that is typically inherent with Cloud-type gaming. The endless supply of other games and free channels are superb. I swapped it out with the Google TV that was originally in my living room, and would do it 100 times if given the chance. I LOVE THIS SAMSUNG Crystal 4K.

I purchased this TV one month ago. Had a Onn before this. The picture on this TV is great! But the sound is always out of sync. If you do the steps to fix this it may last a day or two before you have to do it again. If you play video games there are lines going through the screen, it also goes black for a few seconds. Again there is a fix but it doesn't last. The operating system is very confusing. You have to go to different screens to get to the app you need. There is also just way too much stuff on the screen. Not user friendly. I would not recommend this TV to anyone. But again the picture is great! Just disappointed.
