[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a very old Samsung TV because our old one was glitchy/slow to respond to commands from the remote. Unfortunately, our new Samsung TV is even more glitchy, and now confusing as well. It's difficult to navigate, and the screen is way too busy. I'm a 30 year old engineer, and I still find myself confused with this TV months after purchasing it. Additionally, guests don't like using it either.

I feel very mixed on my Samsung TV. The picture quality is decent, however the responsiveness is really poor. Inputs have a drastic delay when navigating menus. There are also too many ads and suggestions forced into the home screen. It makes it very difficult to find the shows and movies I want to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had 4 issues in 3 months of owning this tv. The IR receiver went out and couldn't use the remote. Then the tv stopped connecting to SmartThings. TV was serviced and 3 weeks later the IR receiver stopped working again. A week after that, the screen went black and only sound was coming out.

I love the vibrant & very crisp image of this TV. It has a lot of adjustable settings that make it very easy to personalize this TV. The smart features are extremely easy to use. The quality if Samsung Televisions have turned me into a very loyal Samsung customer for life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family purchased a 65" Samsung Smart TV from a local branch of a national retailer known for quality merchandise. I did research on the Samsung brand and felt comfortable with the purchase. Once purchased, the installation process was efficient and straight forward. The installation process actually leveraged information and settings from another Samsung TV set we had in our home. The picture quality was understanding and the TV size made it easy to view in both near and distant locations. As were learning the different aspects of the TV, we learned how to maximize the sound quality to meet our needs. One of the most interesting aspects (besides different ways to interact with the TV) was the new Samsung Remote. Most old remotes used number buttons, but the remote that came with our TV utilized intuitive controls that worked on many levels, while remaining responsive. Overall, the Samsung TV has meet or exceeded my expectations and heartly recommend it to others.

Unfortunately this TV falls very short on my expectations. I have excellent wifi for my home, however only this TV constantly lags, loses connection, and freezes. The audio connectivity is awful, even with a compatible Samsung Q-Series sound system. Not user friendly, not easily accessible, and even on sale was expensive. Highly disappointed, the 2 stars is because the picture quality met expectations.

great picture and lots of extras. not wild about the remote. i would like some more explanations of use
