[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the picture quality, sound if fine, although I use a sound bar. 1 major issue… over the last 6 months, it is mysteriously turning on by itself at all sorts of weird hours. Happened 6 times now. Have no ides why, tried everything.

I absolutely love my new TV ❤️ you can't beat the quality of a Samsung TV, the brightness, contrast, responsiveness and the color is so vivid! It is just Amazing quality. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a quality TV. I haven't had a new TV in a long time and I just blown away by all of the Options and how easy it was to connect to my Internet and load my special channels on it. I just think Samsung so much for their wonderful product and I'll never buy another brand. Thank you so much from this old granny in Alabama I am now your number one fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 43” set works well, it turns on, it turns off as it should. Brightness is good once selected to my liking. My non Samsung apps work great. The Samsung tv app is not so desirable. It takes sometimes a 1-2 minutes for the guide information to load. And when I set up the order of which “quick” apps I want to display, to tv will randomly place the Samsung tv app first even though I removed it. Little quirks as these are my primary rating for 3 stars. But the tv itself functions well. Ok sound, so I Bluetooth to an old Bose speaker. The price point was good and setup was easy.

Excellent picture, decent sound. However, it feels like there is more of a lag than I've been used to when switching between apps, changing channels, etc. I wish there was an online option for adding apps or deleting channels and channel groups. And I'm not real keen on the remote - sure, it's sleek and all that but I think I will buy a universal remote to use instead. This TV is a big step up from my previous TV and the price was amazing, but all things considered I'm happy enough but not excited about this purchase.

Great brightness as our office has walls of windows. Great responsiveness when moving between documents and cloud viewing. This is increased our work efficiency!

I definite do NOT like the way this new(er) Samsung TV works!!!! And I really don't like the remote. In fact, I put that remote away and brought out one from my other TV's. Despite my unhappiness with this TV, I will continue to only buy Samsung because I like the Samsung free TV channels!

AI music loops too small, need a little variation in type of music such as relaxing music followed by bouncier music for waking up or the reverse for winding down in the evening. colors are great. images too soon repetitious. human images too alike in figures and facial features. love the elderly cha cha couple but she needs to change her hairstyle with her dress. he needs to wear contrasting shorts with some of his shirts.

Whenever I turn on the TV, the landing page is a commercialized mess of ads for things irrelevant to me such as games with in-app purchases. The "Continue Watching" menu also pulls up channels and content completely unrelated to my watching habits. I HATE this user interface so much as it is forcing things on me rather than customizing itself to my preferences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the overall picture quality of the TV is good but it's responsiveness and any usage of the Alexa feature is garbage the search feature in general is terrible the remote is ridiculous the remote is ridiculously sensitive if I leave it alone for even 5 Seconds it wants to put on some random show on regular television and it's just generally really annoying
