[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image quality is fine and I've not experienced an issue with viewing shows. Challenge is that the TV runs slowly often. It seems to have trouble loading apps, navigation the interface and sometimes just being responsive to the remote. Not really sure why this is the case but it's hugely disruptive to our experience.

No matter the product or category, if it has Samsung's name on it, its top 2. Their TVs are the epitome of perfection! The picture, colors, and brightness on this TV is unbelievable for the price. I use this for streaming mostly but I also plug my cpu into it and use it to play robot and NBA 2K. It's the "Swiss army knife" of televisions!

We love the fact that it has an awesome view, is very lightweight and thin, making it easy to mount above our fireplace. Oh, and in conjunction with our WiFi, it haas thousands of free channels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were shocked to see (after we set it up, of course) that there are NO audio outputs, specifically optical digital, on the back of this model! Now what? How to hookup our sound bar, other external outputs like wireless headphones. No external controls to change channels, volume, ect. Just all thru the remote...guess we're old school but, it sure would be of help! Picture not as vivid as QLED. Thinking of putting this set up for sale.

The depth of color is delightful and the clarity is amazing as well. It has all of the necessary connections for new and old video game systems so it is pretty versatile as well. It's been very nice hooking up our dvd player and playing kids movies for our daughter. We've had some lovely nights together centered out this tv. There have been no technical errors on the smart side of things and it continues to run smoothly. This was a huge issue with our last tv so it's been a relief that is not the case here. I definitely recommend this tv to anyone who has the space as it is a very good tv for the price! We hope to continue to enjoy it for many years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to replace a 75-in that was damaged in a fire. It fits perfectly in my living room and is great for watching sports. It's large size makes it easy to view from the kitchen since we have an open floor plan. I love this TV.
