Sometimes it takes minutes to change frame when using the gaming hub. I forgive this problem because I understand the TV has more pixels to load than others.

Great deal. Beautiful picture. The only concern is reading all the prodict reviews is some concern over brightness. Seems to be a common complaint of backlight failure and while my new Samsung is awesome I noticed brightness is at 100%. That concerns me but for now it's perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a very old Samsung TV because our old one was glitchy/slow to respond to commands from the remote. Unfortunately, our new Samsung TV is even more glitchy, and now confusing as well. It's difficult to navigate, and the screen is way too busy. I'm a 30 year old engineer, and I still find myself confused with this TV months after purchasing it. Additionally, guests don't like using it either.

The tv is good. I will admit that the tv crackles a lot even when off which is a little concerning. I have spoken with service about it but no resolution. The controls are simple but would love to be able to personalize my screen more than is available. For the most part this is a good entry level tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 43" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV has spectecular views. The picture quality is by far the best. It provides picturesque views, as though you are right there, a part of the scenery. Samsung products are found through out my house. Thank you Samsung for providing state of the art products keeping up with today's technical advancements.

I like all the features, the brightness, contrast, responsiveness, but the thing I struggle with is the sound. I am hearing impaired and I wish this TV had better sound, particularly the spoken sound, it's almost impossible to hear that on this TV. I use closed captions so I can see what I'm missing. I used a sound bar for a while but it didn't help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for a previous Samsung TV. I was satisfied with it until it got old and no longer performed well. Would take up to 5 minutes to get to a program after turning on.When using a streaming services(I don't use cable anymore) it would also take excessive time to load, and would frequently be kicked back to Samsung plus.requiring a restart of whichever service I was watching.It could take a 1/2 hour or more to see 10 minutes of a program. I am laying these problems out to show that I was very happy with the TV until this happened.so when I purchased a replacement I got another Samsung. This one was a step up in size.I trust the Samsung name. I possess several other Samsung products and am totally satisfied with them.(refrigerator,sound system,etc.This new TV is functioning flawlessly. So I'm sold on Samsung. By the way, the old TV's failure was attributed to a deteriorating power supply.

I absolutely love my new TV ❤️ you can't beat the quality of a Samsung TV, the brightness, contrast, responsiveness and the color is so vivid! It is just Amazing quality. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a quality TV. I haven't had a new TV in a long time and I just blown away by all of the Options and how easy it was to connect to my Internet and load my special channels on it. I just think Samsung so much for their wonderful product and I'll never buy another brand. Thank you so much from this old granny in Alabama I am now your number one fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned more than one generation of the TV - I live the TV and would keep purchasing them - however the earlier interfaces treated this more like a TV - the interface now is more like an art gallery. I'm glad it's feature rich but would prefer having a start screen more defined by the user - let me select what is does when I login - let me hide what I want - I do t need to turn on a tv and be blinded by apps or an art gallery when I just want it to start on a tv channel or tv app.
