Very fast an we really love the quick start buttons.

Forno appliances have given my kitchen a truly elevated look and functionality, without a ridiculous price tag.

Microwave is ok, it's just the drawer does not stay open to be able to put in or retrieve items from microwave before the drawer closes. I have to continually push the open button to either put items in or to remove items. Besides, that it's ok so far.

We are very happy with all of our Forno appliances that we bought we bought the set which includes the hood range, dishwasher refrigerator, and drawer microwave the drawer microwave works perfect. I do have a question. Do you have to use the open and close buttons or can you use the handle to open and close the microwave, like yank on the handle to open it and I’m afraid it’s gonna burn out the motors for the automatic open and close. Learning to use the microwave drawer has been interesting. I wish the control panel with all the buttons was titled upward to have a better advantage of reading the control panel when installed below the countertop. I wish the "Power and Time Cook" buttons were to the left of the number keypad so you move from left to the right hitting 1) Time Cook, 2) 3:00 minutes, and 3) Start. The way it is set up now, you are on the right for1) Time Cook, 2)then go to the left for the amount of time, 3) back to the right for Start.

We like the new microwave as it is concealed in a lower cabinet and not prominently displayed over the range. Opening and closing the drawer can be done with the respective buttons or by pushing or pulling on the drawer handle. The only things we miss from our previous microwave is the turntable, and being able to push the time needed, then start (with out pushing time cook).

I was nervous about buying the microwave due to price but like the ergonomics of the design for our island installation location. I have had a few people manually pull the door open who are not used to it and I am wondering if this is ok to do instead of using the buttons. Most people are more familiar with pulling doors then using buttons. I am also curious if it sense obstructions when closing and stops for safety - have not tested.

Looking for a replacement to our 14 year microwave drawer by Sharp. The Forno FMWDR3000-0 was the only one that could fit into our kitchen island cutout. Was not a perfect due to specifications being off an inch but was able to mod our cut out to get it to fit. So far, unit is working well.

I had a Samsung microwave drawer in my previous house I bought a new house and I found an ad for Forno products. I liked the look and it was priced less than Samsung I bought it two months but was installed because the cabinets were not ready March 27 2023 Im very happy with it and looks beautiful in my new kitchen
