As a retired employee in high precision machinery manufacturing responsible for quality assurance and protective shipping, I have to say I am impressed with your entire operation.

This stove arrived packed extremely well and within a reasonable amount of time. It's a beautiful stove and performs well. The only drawback it seems the knobs do get hot. After 4 months, Im currently having issues with the knobs stripping with little use. In addition, the baking oven is not regulating properly. I purchased an extended warranty, so I expect these items to be repaired, otherwise great stove for the money .

The quality of the range is great. Customer service for parts has been great. Not being able to contact someone in technical support by phone is frustrating. I am currently trying to resolve an issue with the small oven and I keep getting an action needed reply.

The range is new. I have not use the oven yet. Still trying to figure out how to use the broiler.

The unit came damaged from the distributor. The undamaged parts are great! It's been hectic around here so we haven't got it fixed yet. I will update my review after we get warranty parts shipped .

This is the first large professional stove We have ever owned. It was able to convert to use propane and works flawlessly. We chose this 48 inch for baking and canning. We also are able to use it when the power is out due to weather.

This is a very nice range. Has the same quality appearance as super high end ranges like Viking, but one third of the price. We are very pleased with our 48 inch Forno range

Problem with my stove after only a few month, howeverI just reached out to them and Im hopeful we can fix this. Will update after I hear from Customer service

Love all of the features of the stove. Cooks great and the 8 burners are great to have. My only complaint is I’ve had it almost a year and unfortunately am experiencing cracking on the inside bottom tray and rust.
