We’re sorry to hear that several of your bags lost their vacuum so quickly — that’s definitely not the performance we want for any Consumer.<br />A few quick tips may help prevent vacuum loss in the future:<br />1. Make sure the open end of the bag is clean and completely dry before sealing. Even a small amount of moisture or debris can break the seal.<br />2. Allow 3–5 inches of extra space at the top of the bag so the sealer has enough room to create a strong, consistent seal.<br />3. If sealing foods with moisture, try pre‑freezing for 30–60 minutes or using a paper towel barrier to keep liquids away from the sealing strip.<br />4. Check that your gasket and sealing strip on the machine are clean and fully seated, as this can affect vacuum strength.<br /><br />As the purchase was made through Sam's Club, we recommend following up with their customer care team for assistance with the refund or replacement according to their policies.<br />That said, we’re here to help however we can on our end.
