Everyone comments on how great the stove is, and the burners work great. I found out the hard way, AKA Thanksgiving, that neither oven is calibrated correctly. I would not have included any of this, but I can't register until I leave a review. Assuming they help, I would give this a 5 star rating.

This is comparable or better than any to any of the major appliance makers (Wolf, Subzero, etc.). Make sure you contact someone at Forno for the details on installation requirements, measurements etc. They are not always easy to find. Other than that perfect.

Unfortunately within a month of use we are already experiencing some malfunctions. The automated email support has responded quickly. I am currently waiting for an actual technician to respond. Once I hear back I can update my review. I am mostly concerned to register my product.

Not very easy getting someone to fix the oven, I even bought the additional protection Loew's offered. they then proceed to tell me to deal with you directly because the oven is brand new, and it still has a 2-year warranty. I ask myself why Loew's offers a 3-year protection plan if 2 of those years they are just going to push me toward you guys.

This applaince was damaged. It was not aparent till it was removed from the crate it was shipped in and all of the interior packaging removed. THe side panel and the lower panel on the front are both damage and having sent a email to Frono only have recieved an automatedresponse with a ticket.

We were excited to receive our new gas range. It looks fantastic and we had it professionally installed. However, the small oven wouldn't operate and we had 40 guests over so we were disappointed that our new stove didn't function correctly. Other than that great, we hope it lasts a long time and we look forward to using it fully functioning.

But so far everything is good. They are very nice looking. They came very quickly. I would recommend Forno at this point. Visually the quality is outstanding. We have propane and it comes with a conversion kit. Delivery was not as smooth as I expected it be and the delivery service pushed back on the white glove service, but ultimately unpacked the appliances in the kitchen.

The positives: Sealed cooktop is great, easy to clean. Looks very nice. So far the cooktop burners are all working very well. The price is incredible, I appreciate the mission statement of affordable quality appliances. The negatives: The small oven door never seemed to close right, so the knobs and oven surface would burn you if you touched them while using it. Upon further inspection, that door has some damage on the inner panel near the hinge, which might be the problem. Not sure if this is related, but the actual oven temp, using an oven thermometer, is nowhere close to the oven knob setting. Makes it nearly impossible to cook things without under or over cooking.

First and foremost, I have been pleased so far with purchase and delivery. There is a problem with the oven handle, but I hope to get that resolved shortly. The packaging is VERY good. I am able to use one oven and all the burners and they are fantastic. All in all I am totally satisfied as long as the oven handle on the large oven gets resolved.

Excellent product for a fraction of price of competitors. Strong burners. So far so good and been in use for a couple months now. Knobs get hot when oven is on higher temps, but hoping Forno will remedy with replacement knobs. Pleasantly surprised at the consistently good reviews. Keep it up Forno!
