Excellent product for a fraction of price of competitors. Strong burners. So far so good and been in use for a couple months now. Knobs get hot when oven is on higher temps, but hoping Forno will remedy with replacement knobs. Pleasantly surprised at the consistently good reviews. Keep it up Forno!

We've had our Forno Galiano 48" for well over two years now and love it. The simplicity of not having all those digital readouts like most stove/ranges is a blessing in disguise. My only question is this, do you have a one piece protective stove top protective liner? I have used generic cutouts but the still don't cover the entire top. Having that would make our stove complete.

So far, I love my Forno stone. I have only used the cooktop and oven once. The photo in the installation instructions seemed to be off a bit as to where to install the electrical outlet for the plug and the gas connection. All were fixes we could handle; it just would have been nice to have those in the correct location during construction.

Not very easy getting someone to fix the oven, I even bought the additional protection Loew's offered. they then proceed to tell me to deal with you directly because the oven is brand new, and it still has a 2-year warranty. I ask myself why Loew's offers a 3-year protection plan if 2 of those years they are just going to push me toward you guys.

Everyone comments on how great the stove is, and the burners work great. I found out the hard way, AKA Thanksgiving, that neither oven is calibrated correctly. I would not have included any of this, but I can't register until I leave a review. Assuming they help, I would give this a 5 star rating.

We got our 48" gas range back in Oct and we are now ready to put it in our new home. The movers realized that we did not have any legs under the range. I reached out to Forno by email and the CSR , Alexandra P, went above and beyond to help me out. I sent her a picture of what we needed on Wednesday and Friday afternoon the carrier delivered the six adjustable legs we needed. I was so happy with my experience with Alexandra P, and Forno. Thank you :)

Have not had any experience with customer service I am forced to write a review for service I have not received yet but the quality of the unit is very nice. I am excited to make contact and to see if my concerns are taken care of. But for now I'm trying to come up with 50 words so I can finish registration to see if I can get the small oven working.

Just started using it, so far so good. The manual is confusing and not very clear. I wish it had an actual preheat function and indicator when the oven reaches temperature. It defines preheating as turning on the broiler for a couple minutes - that just heats the oven randomly, which isn't true preheating.

We are very satified with this stove and was able to cook our meals for large family gatherings with ease. We had to remove a wall and shift some cabinets to make it fit but worth the effort. We also converted the stove to work on Propane to use at our home.

But so far everything is good. They are very nice looking. They came very quickly. I would recommend Forno at this point. Visually the quality is outstanding. We have propane and it comes with a conversion kit. Delivery was not as smooth as I expected it be and the delivery service pushed back on the white glove service, but ultimately unpacked the appliances in the kitchen.
