Product received broken and missing parts, but customer service responded and stated they could assist.

Product looks nice but has a few burner issues. Inconsistent lighting of large burner but oven works well.

Just bought gas range and glass inside door moves around and instead of emailing would like to be able to talk to someone on the phone

Love this stove works great! I do wish that it was easier to just go to the store to get parts though.

The Forno Gas Range - 6 sealed burners looks very cool. We haven't gotten a chance to use the oven yet but the top burners work and seem to be fine.

Been very happy with the range over the last year. Easy to install, fit like a glove, excellent burners, and simple features.

Nice quality grills, seems to have an accurate oven temp takes a little while to warm up compared to our old oven

have not had factory service. am trying to arrange service at this moment. issues with broiler and front right burner
