First issue was the oven temperature was off by about 50 degrees below knob temperature. Adjusted the the control to it's max. That was at first use. Also oven creates suet Now oven turns on by itself! Called tech to fix today and he was unable to fix without further investigation.

Great cust service . However as owner I had to make my own repairs under warranty. No compensation yet has been awarded for our down time or repairs made by myself . Sent emails in regards, but no response yet from Forno . I have not one but three major appliances from Forno that I purchased . I would rate a 5 star but failed compensation when told I was going to be warded and no response . However fast delivery of failed part was good . But I made the replacement.

Simmer burners will ignite continuously no matter what setting. They are suppose to ignite when on high, however even on mid - low heat they continue to click and ignite. quite annoying. Burners also have trouble lighting occasionally. I made sure to have the appropriate gas line, gas valve and flexible gas hose installed for the total BTU's. Not sure if this is a safety feature or what, Forno has not returned my inquiry so I am posting on here.

Bought this oven back in February 2022, and its the best oven I ever had. Its sleek and functional. The oven bakes evenly and Forno Customer service team is efficient and quick to response to any questions you may have. I also Own a Forno refrigerator and totally recommend Forno appliances.

Very nice range! Easy to use and looks great. The measurements for the usable interior oven space were not correct. The convection fan takes up some of that space and the rack design blocks use of the space as well. As a result, we could not fit our usual number of sheet pans into the oven, which is a problem because we are preparing meals for a large group of people.

Logged in here to register the product for warranty and am required to write a review before proceeding. Not really ready to write a review, but here it is: For the price point, it's a fantastic range. Having issues with oven heating & temp regulation. Oven won't heat past 325 degrees, then will randomly drop below 300. Super annoying. Will reach out to Forno for help.

The product was damaged when I received it at my residence. I hope you will work with me to get a replacement gas regulator for this stove. Stove appears to be very well built

Great space for large pots and enough large burners for annual family gatherings and everyday cooking. The two right eyes stopped working after 2 years and the bottom oven burner doesn't work either.
