I am very pleased with the functionality of the stove and the looks of this product. However, I am getting a natural gas odor from the oven. Hopefully it's an easy fix.

the oven was damaged in shipping bottom left corner was bent in had to straighten it out to make the bottom cover plate fit we really like the looks and size of the stove

We ordered very early in remodel process and stored the stove. When we unpacked it we found the side and kick panel dented. Contacted customer service and they sent replacement parts quickly with no issues. We were very pleasantly surprised.

Great looking gas range. Have had it one year and it's been great. Just having an issue now with the pilot. Other than that, it's great and I would suggest it to anyone. thanks Erica LaFrance

While there were some challenges in getting our Gas range services. Ultimatly Forno was able to complete service and we are happy to have the support they provided.

Waiting to write a full review as we just installed the range. As of now it looks great, but we’re having an issue with the oven operating correctly…reaching out to customer service now.

All correspondence for warranty repair must be done through email. Would prefer to personally talk to a service agent. If all goes well with my warranty request I will give a better review.

Works great! But I wish it would come with heating suggestions since it is a different oven then I am used to. Other than that, it's the best gas range I have ever owned.

Fall in love with your stove..my 36in forno gas range is a beauty. Makes cooking fun and easy.. read a bunch of positive reviews and they did not disappoint.

I love everything about the oven, however the temperature is off by 125 degrees. The burners on the stove part are fantastic and so is everything else. Once it's fixed, I'll be using it all the time!
