I will def purchase this again. It has that classic sourdough taste, the texture is nice and it is soft with a good crust.

This bread is so good and fresh. The thing on bread of any kind. it has to be fresh for the full aroma and flavor to be apppreciated.

i enjoyed the taste and texture of the parts that were cooked, but it was undercooked and the bottom 1/4" was dense and doughy.

Very good tasting and at last long some breads go bad within days especially in Arizona, but it was very good and I'm glad I can get it
