The bread lacked the distinctive sourdough flavor. It was a rather "tough" bread, being Artisan. It is hard to find good sourdough bread. It is good bread, just not good sourdough bread.

This bread is a true sourdough, not the country sourdough of the South. The delicious aroma even seeps through the bag to remind me that I haven't finished it. I'd been searching since I left California in 2010, but no more!

i purchase this particular bread 1-2 times per week. this latest loaf tasted 'off'. texture was different and taste was totally different. perhaps the recipe changed or there was an error at the origin bakery 😕

Delicious sour dough bread. Makes excellent sandwiches and toast ! Crust is firm but not too hard. Bread is nicely textured and flavorful . I wish it came in larger loaves

We like to try products new to us. This sourdough doesn't have a very strong sour fragrance or flavor. That's suits us just fine. I made some toast and the medium thickness of the slices made it toast up perfectly. I'll be ordering this again.

Very good bread for an affordable, quick sourdough like bread. It’s very tasty and has a soft center but typically crunchy outer crust. I always toast mine on a skillet or cast iron with butter to make it more crisp.

I got Rustik sourdough bread because it was the only sourdough bread I could find without a soy product in the ingredients. I wasn't prepared for how good the bread is. I enjoy it!

Love this bread! So fresh great price and keeps you feeling full for hours. Great when paired with honey cinnamon butter or any spreads. Perfect crunch when toasted which is how i myself likes it otherwise also great paired with soups:)
