The bread claims to be sourdough however one of the ingredients is vinegar true sourdough bread has three ingredients flour, water, and salt. any bread that includes vinegar or an agent such as yeast is not a true sourdough bread regardless of how close it tastes. for this being a fake it does taste good and have a good texture but it's not a true sourdough therefore you do not get the benefits of sourdough.

I bought this bread twice before and I really liked the bread. This time I was very disappointed because the bread was not fresh at all. I’ve had two others breads delivered before and they also were not fresh. What’s going on with this? Bread is so expensive now I hope that something can be done about this.

If you like sour dough bread you have to try The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread. I love to warm a slice and spread cinnamon butter on top. The slices are big and makes a large sandwich. This bread is so soft and fresh, taste so good you have to try it for yourself .

This is a very good sourdough bread – dense, soft and flavorful. It is a half loaf, but the slices on the bottom are large. It is a bit pricey, but of good quality. Excellent with butter or for avocado toast IMO. For a store purchase (as opposed to a fresh bread bakery), I think you will be happy.

I am so glad a substitution was needed for my order. This sliced sourdough bread is wonderfully delicious. It is a moist bread. So I lightly toast it, add a drizzle of olive oil and I'm somewhere in the Mediterranean. Yes, a bread and olive oil can have that affect.

This bread was always good in the past but the last 2 times I bought it it was kind of heavy and moist and it molded quickly.

Not teal sourdough - real sourdough does not have added yeast. Should have s slightly sour taste, too.
