a good bread that won't raise your blood sugar I will definitely be making a lot of sandwiches with this bread toast it with a little olive oil in pan make a nice tuna fish sandwich.

The bread is awesome, but it is 1/2 a loaf compared to Seattle or similar. I have to say that makes the price really difficult to justify other than just an occasional indulgence.

This brand of bread is the only kind I can find that uses no soybean oil---something I am deadly allergic to, and maybe other people are, too---but they don't know any better because soybean oil is almost everywhere as "vegetable oil."

Great taste. Nice and soft with good chewy crust. I can make a whole sandwich out of cutting amost slices in half. Love the end peices! Highly recommend!

This is real sour dough bread. It has a great flavor as sour dough bread tastes. It is soft in texture and it is great for dipping in soups and such.

The bread is always soft. I love grabbing a slice and enjoying it with olive oil at room temperature or warming it for 5 second in the microwave. It toasts well in my toaster oven with butter or with olive oil. It's fantastic for a sandwich and perfect for panini. It's more expensive because it comes in half a loaf vs a whole loaf

This bread is amazing buttered and toasted and add a little honey or preserves. you will love it.

I previously bought Seattle Sourdough. I think Rustik is even better.
