This is real sour dough bread. It has a great flavor as sour dough bread tastes. It is soft in texture and it is great for dipping in soups and such.

If I don't buy this one I buy the sliced sourdough bread. It is better than the white regular bread and it tastes better. It makes great sandwiches and everyone enjoys them.

This bread is perfect for sandwiches. It holds up well to spreads and toppings without breaking apart as you press and eat the sandwich. It also will grill well if you prefer grilled sandwiches

This brand of bread is the only kind I can find that uses no soybean oil---something I am deadly allergic to, and maybe other people are, too---but they don't know any better because soybean oil is almost everywhere as "vegetable oil."

The bread is thick and firm with an unusual taste. Others really like this bread, but for me not so much. It must be an aquired taste. No, I will not order sourbread again.

This is the best sour dough bread ever. I don't care for a hard crust on sour dough and this bread has a soft dense inside that toasts up amazing. The crust is just hard enough but not so much as it is hard to eat.

I know this loaf of Sourdough Bread was not a pound. There were only 5 slices in the pkg. I paid $4.37 for 5 slices of bread which equals about $.87 per slice. This is a "rip-off"
