Not sure if I have a faulty machine or what but my machine won't dispense any kind of slush. I've tried multiple liquid types all sugar levels all tips in the booklet. Nothing will dispense no matter how low you turn the chill setting. Debated 2 years on buying this and wanted it so bad but now it's just an expensive piece for the dumpster.

I bought this a week ago after going back back-and-forth for months and we have already used it twice so far I've had no issues. The learning curve was very simple very easy to use and understand how the product works. I was surprised at how easy to clean it was. I don't have any complaints this far other than it took me too long to pull the trigger on this purchase.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it! I'm a frozen coke addict and having this machine has made my life so much easier. Now whenever I feel like having a frozen coke, instead of having to get in my car and drive around looking for a slurpee machine that's up and running, I just walk into the kitchen, pour in a few cans of Coke and presto! Minutes later I have a delicious frozen coke. Again, I love it!

I have successfully made my frozen coffee drink which was the entire reason for purchasing this. But I am now branching out to fruit frozen drinks and making them with ingredients that keep it healthy is a plus. The clean up is easy and quick. I did learn a lot from the FB page, the difficulty people encountered and the solution. BIG HELP I also take the extra slush and freeze it, so I now have a frozen drink anytime without making a new batch.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I have loved it. I have made so many different drinks in it and it always comes out yummy. It is easy to set up, find a recipe, make a recipe, serve, and clean. It is easy to pour in a pre-made mix, press two buttons, and have a drink ready while doing minimal work.

We've used this thing every single day since it arrived. We absolutely love it! Cleaning it is SUPER easy. We do a quick rinse every time it's used, and do a thorough rinse every couple of days, or whenever we switch it up, i.e. slushi to milkshake, etc. I am worried about the longevity of the front handle/dispenser that's effectively glued to the front of the reservoir, but only time will tell. As it is, we're making sure not to pry on the handle too hard whenever dispensing, and are being careful not to pull/pry on it when rinsing out the reservoir. The travel bag that came with our bundle works very well as a dust cover, when we're not using it. Soda slushis are so easy, no extra ingredients, just grab a 2 liter (or 4-5 cans) of your favorite (not low sugar/diet) soda, hit the slush button, and you're good to go! I can't believe we waited this long to get one. Simply amazing!

One of the best things and worst things that I have ever bought now that I have one I can't do without it now... Lol

I bought this for my wife's Christmas present and she loves it. we have tried five or six recipes so far and it works perfectly.

It's not doing the frozen part like it said no slush no milkshakes no frozen juice no frappe no spiked slush...It's not getting cold... ..
