In the short time we've had it it's already paid for itself. We like freezes/slushies and the cost adds up but since we can make our own it's much cheaper. Sunny D is amazing slushed, coca cola too btw!

I love this machine but its so hard to clean and in the seal of part that actually makes and holds the choice of liquor d your using i cannot get out whats in it. GROSS , i honestly dont know how anyone can get it out.

So easy to use. At first it seemed complicated but quickly I realized it was very easy. We've made numerous things. Easy to clean as well. Adult kids are excited to try margaritas

I love it. Since I have received it I have been using almost every day lol. It works perfectly fine and does its job very well. I am pleased with my new toy!

I bought this a few weeks ago and I have loved it. I have made so many different drinks in it and it always comes out yummy. It is easy to set up, find a recipe, make a recipe, serve, and clean. It is easy to pour in a pre-made mix, press two buttons, and have a drink ready while doing minimal work.

We've used this thing every single day since it arrived. We absolutely love it! Cleaning it is SUPER easy. We do a quick rinse every time it's used, and do a thorough rinse every couple of days, or whenever we switch it up, i.e. slushi to milkshake, etc. I am worried about the longevity of the front handle/dispenser that's effectively glued to the front of the reservoir, but only time will tell. As it is, we're making sure not to pry on the handle too hard whenever dispensing, and are being careful not to pull/pry on it when rinsing out the reservoir. The travel bag that came with our bundle works very well as a dust cover, when we're not using it. Soda slushis are so easy, no extra ingredients, just grab a 2 liter (or 4-5 cans) of your favorite (not low sugar/diet) soda, hit the slush button, and you're good to go! I can't believe we waited this long to get one. Simply amazing!

I was so excited to buy this machine shortly after it came out in the summer of 2024. We loved it. Recently it started leaking a brown substance from the bottom. Unfortunately my warranty is expired & the only choice I have is to trash it - and/or invest in a brand new machine. I am heartbroken. This machine is a bit pricey to only last 18 months. Not sure that I want to spend this kind of money on a replacement or any other Ninja products with such a short lifespan.

Got this one to replace my Strawberry/Matcha machine after it stopped working on day 2. My husband and I couldn't be happier! We've made margaritas, Oreo Mcflurries and wine slushies. It's so easy to use once you get the hang of the alcohol and/or sugar ratio.

We got one has a gift, then gifted my mom & stepdad one for their 20th anniversary. It's great. We've made, piña coladas, margaritas, and root beer floats so far. The kids love the root beer floats. You can adjust the temperature settings and that changes the thickness of the slushy. Can't wait to try milkshakes!!

I bought this this month. It was the best purchase I've ever made. Ninja has always been top notch. I would recommend this product and any other product from this brand. Looking forward to making all kinds of freeze drinks year round. Thanks Ninja for a fantastic product!
