The bacon carbonara ravioli was rather tasty and enjoyable. Without any sauce it was a bit dry for my liking, but the flavor was good. I would have liked it more if there were more bacon. Would purchase this product again.

Not bad, but not great. Carbonara in Italy is typically made with pork cheek (or bacon), parmesan cheese, and a bit of olive oil. This ravioli is made with ricotta cheese and a bit of bacon/seasoning taste(but, very little). Def not your classic carbonara taste. The pasta shell is nice & thin, like most Members Mark ravioli, and made with good ingredients. But overall, I was expecting something better. I would suggest - using real parmesan cheese and real bacon (pork), to make this ravioli so much better!
