I purchased these because they were marked down to a great price. We microwaved them, aa little longer than directed, and they were a nice little sweet treat!

These were not good! The "tamale" wrap left a gritty substance in my mouth. There was no cinnamon sugar on the outside of the tamale. The caramel on the inside was very good and that is the only reason I'm giving two stars. I cut each one open, scooped out that caramel and ate it only.

I really wanted to like these. However, I could only (barely) eat one. Mainly, it was the texture of the tamales. The inside was just ok. You might be able to salvage it if there was a small thing of frosting or caramel to do a little drizzle with. The wnole family agrees. We still have half a box left, we didn't even touch the second pack. There are no air fryer instructions, maybe that would make them a litte more palatable.

Weird; grainy corn masa but sweet. If the masa was more refined it might be better. It’s not a cute cinnamon hot pocket like it looks. It’s an actual tamale with caramel filling

Not as good as I expected. They are messy as caramel is when warm but this just runny and I tried cooking(warming) at different temps. Just not good, feels like a caramel sandwich.

i was so disappointed—i was expecting a sweet outer crust, but it was savory corn flavor. Very weird, in my humble opinion.

These weren’t horrible, but the texture of the tamale was too gritty for my liking. It made the product feel dry like it needs something additional with it.

To be fair I only bought them because I love churros so anything with churro in the name is worth a try. But the texture of the tamale just didn't seem right with a sweet filling not to mention it kept falling apart. It's perfectly possible I'm just odd and everyone else will love them but they're not for me at all and I couldn't even tempt anyone else to try them.

I had high hopes for these…what a disappointment. They were the worst thing I have bought from Sam’s. We both tried one & threw the rest of the box away!

The only reason I bought them was because they were clearing them out at around 4 dollars. We understand why. 5 people in 2 different households didn't like them. Relatively decent brand so it was a little bit of a surprise at how bad they were
