Excellent, smooth taste!

Love my Maker's Mark whether it be on the rocks or with a touch of water to draw out the flavor. Been an ambassador since 2012 and my wife has been since shortly thereafter. Here is one problem we did run into with the Christmas decorated 1.75L bottles that we purchased during the Christmas holidays. By applying the green wax over the red wax it was very difficult to get to get the top off. Each one took at least 20 minutes resulting in a lot of work and a little nicking up of the hands. There may have been an easy way to do it but we sure could not figure it out. Just thought I would pass this along to you.

To me this is absolutely the best bourbon you can get! Not only did it meet my expectations it exceeded them! I have purchased Maker's Mark so many times I couldn't even begin to tell you. The packaging is fabulous with the wax dipping and dripping off the top. The flavor is phenomenal! It can be a little pricey but it's a top shelf bourbon what would you expect? I have used this in making bourbon balls and simply sipping and shots as well as cocktails. I absolutely love Maker's Mark! Makers Mark Bourbon Whiskey 175L Bottle

Maker's Mark is a bar standard and well known for a reason. The product is a tasty wheated bourbon that you can always count on. Not flashy, not fashionable, but a reasonable value for a bourbon that's always worth drinking. The red wax dripping from the cork of a Maker's Mark bottle will always be found on my bar.

Refined and Reliable

Maker's Mark is a smooth, easy-drinking bourbon that's great for sipping or mixing. It's a little sweeter than most thanks to the wheat in the recipe, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and just a touch of spice. The iconic red wax bottle is a nice bonus. Perfect for bourbon beginners or anyone who wants something reliable and tasty without breaking the bank.

We love having this as an old fashioned, neat or on the rocks. My husband and I are big fans of spicy bourbon and this is fantastic. I have nothing to improve. It has great flavors and is in the higher end but depends on where you buy this. We buy it again and again.

What was one, now is many

Have been a Maker's Mark customer since 1993 and an Ambassador since 2012. It has been great to see the expanded product line since 2010. Where my liquor cabinet previously only had one bourbon, I now have five expressions of Maker's on hand. All different, all the same quality. Loved our trip to Loretto last July and the Heritage Tour given by Mr. Samuels. A day we talk about to friends often. Keep it Maker's !

Cheers

Oh, Maker's Mark Kentucky whisky is a true gem from the Bluegrass State! This iconic bourbon is known for its smooth and rich flavor profile. Crafted with care in Loretto, Kentucky, Maker's Mark uses a unique recipe that includes red winter wheat instead of rye, giving it a distinctively mellow and approachable taste. Whether you prefer sipping it neat, on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail like an Old Fashioned, Maker's Mark always delivers a delightful experience. So next time you're looking to enjoy a fine whiskey, give Maker's Mark a try and savor the flavors of Kentucky craftsmanship. Cheers! 🥃

Makes for a great bourbon and coke...

I typically buy a cheaper bourbon for my cocktails, but when I want to spring for something a little extra fancy I typically go with either this or Bulleit. I mix my bourbon with a caffeine free diet Pepsi (less sugar the better being that alcohol is already sweet). Bulleit reminds me of a more smooth Jim Beam. It has that slight smoky taste. I'm sometimes sensitive to that smokiness. I'm not a huge fan of overly smoked meats or the liquid smoke people use in BBQ'ing. That also goes for my liquors. This Makers Mark is a top shelf bourbon that seems to have even less of that taste which I often times prefer. It goes down easy and also makes for a great bourbon 7. Not to mention that Makers Mark has one of the most unique and intriguing bottles in the bourbon industry. It's definitely an eye catcher.

My dad always had makers mark in the house when I was growing up. It's his go to whiskey. He's the one who taught me how to make an old fashion and now I always make sure I have makers in my decanter for when he stops by to visit. I love tossing a shot of it in my tea when I'm sick, making bourbon martinis with it or just having a classic old fashion at the end of a long day. Can't go wrong.
