Unit performed well, alth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit performed well, although it missed many areas of my 1st floor even after 2 "learning runs." Vacuum cycles worked well for the most part, although the bin is almost too small to complete without having to be emptied. Set it to vacuum more often and that helped a lot.

I received as a Christmas gift last year and I love it!

I don't understand all the negative reviews on this product. I have purchased other brands that were not self emptying and constantly got stuck. This vacuum is 100% better all around than anything else I have tried. I live in an old dark house and because of low light other vacuums would just freak out on dark rugs and things and just stop. My advice to anyone wanting a robot vac is to save your money and go with this model. I use this one and it is great that you can program it and have it do a room or two or The whole house. It has never gotten stuck and always finds its way back to the base. I am not sure what kind of abuse some of these negative reviewers may be subjecting their appliance thru but I've had mine almost a year and I love it!

Awesome little cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Roomba j9+ Self-emptying robot vacuum definitely exceeded my expectations. It is a little clumsy and did get stuck a couple times, but overall it has preformed really well. The app makes it really easy to control and track your cleaning throughout the area. It even takes pictures of obstacles and shows it in the clean report! I was provided with this product in exchange for my honest feedback.

Life Changing!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply cannot say enough good things about the Roomba Vacuum. It gives me time back and gives me peace of mind knowing that it's keeping on top of the pet hair. It finds dirt and dust you never knew was there! I love how it slows down slightly before it reaches the walls or furniture. It doesn't bang into anything. It cleans effectively and I love how the app allows me to set up a chore for it (I've named mine Sunshine ☺️). And it tells me when she's finished. SO worth the investment. It's a must if you have pets. Trust me!!!

Love this Roomba!

Absolutely amazing Roomba!!! Best decision to purchase this j7!! Does a fabulous job cleaning on our set schedule and any new jobs. It doesn't run I to any dog toys that our 2 labs bring out! 2 labs that shed a ridiculous amount and our roomba makes it all go away with ease!! Highly recommend this roomba!!

True Savior

Love love my Roomba. A true savior for our home. We have a lab retriever who sheds a lot. Roomba does its magic every time by picking up the hair and leaving a clean tile floor. I used to spend nearly 2hrs in sweeping the floor. But now with Roomba , I start the vacuum task with an App literally from anywhere and use the 2hrs for my walk/run time . Excellent product and a great value add if you are looking to increase quality time for you and the family. Note: I tried the Vacuum plus Mop combo initially but not satisfied with the mopping functionality. Hopefully that's improved over time. Currently I use only the vacuum feature.

Clean

It maps and cleans the whole level of your house leaving it dust and dirt free. The tank holds the dust and makes it so simple.

They messed up, shouldn't ask me for a review

At first everything was fine. I have the j7+ and brava mopping robots. That like $1000 total. Then I purchased Protect+ which adds enhanced and expedited support, free replacement. That's $200 per month unit. Skip to a year and I start having issues. They both drop from wifi requiring me to reset the units to reconnect them. Roomba has communication issues with the docking station and the brava fails to undock sometimes. I emailed support, and it took them 20 days to respond. They provided steps to complete - I already did. These are the steps the app tells you to complete when it tells you there's an error. I explained I have performed all steps and to escalate me issue to the specialist. That was 10 days ago. Mediocre products for price, support not available even if you pay. Then they asked me to review them. They screwed up.

Broke after 2 weeks

I'm absolutely furious with the horrible customer service. After 2 weeks the robot broke - bumper stuck. Okay, it happens and I was going to give it another chance. But ONE month later and I still don't have my robot. Customer service is useless - sent me a refurbished item instead of new replacement, as the rep told me. After that the UPS lost the new item. Not their fault BUT because they don't send you the automatic tracking I didn't know about it. If I don't it in the next day or so, I'll just ask for refund and go get a non-irobot vacuum that works!

Highly Disappointed

Highly disappointed with this product. I bought the j7 and it took months to figure the layout of a 2 bedroom home. Doesn't even vacuum things up and misses problem areas even after it goes over them. Very noisy, not Impressed at all. Definitely would not recommend if you have animals in your house. Not to mention it was running for 3 hours and didn't pick up a single thing of significance, but got stuck because a bag was on the floor in the bedroom that it somehow got around to go in there...
