High quality grill, everything about this grill is well made. I would recommend this grill to my friends.

It took awhile to put together, but instructions were very good. Love the grill! It does a good job for a reasonable price.

We are really enjoying our new grill! It’s very sturdy and the grates are great. It did take a while to put it together.

Two hour assembly time with my brother in law and me. Wasn’t difficult with two people just a lot of parts. Very nice and sturdy. Like the black rather than other choices out there. Much easier to keep clean.

Work well directions a bit iffy

Great value for features. The only problem was that it was damaged in shipment or was damaged and still delivered with a gash in the box. I reported it but never heard from anyone.

Can’t beat it for the price. Dose get to 700 degrees. I bought the pro series before I bought this one and returned the pro series. This one half the price an way better

Purchased the Member's Mark 5-Burner Propane Gas Grill on-line during a brief time when all local stores were out of stock. Delivery was shipped promptly with a scheduled delivery date and time, which changed due to quicker than expected shipping. Shipper dropped it off at my front porch stairs with care - not a mark or dent on the box. All parts were present, directions were easy to follow, assembly took a couple of hours, but it came together well. Fit, finish, ease of use are in my 4-5 star ratings, especially for a $299 gas grill. The burners burn evenly, cooking surface is fairly easy to clean. It has been a very good buy and Sam's cash paid the tax on the purchase!

The first grill I purchased had a damaged frame, and I couldn't attach the top to the legs. I received a replacement, but the second grill had damage to the front and the top of the side burner, and the regulator didn’t work properly. Unfortunately, my local Sam's Club didn't have another unit in stock and said I’d need to drive over 40 miles to another store to get a replacement. I contacted corporate but haven’t received any response. Now, I’m stuck waiting for replacement parts from Member’s Mark, and they’re all on back order.

I bought this a few weeks ago and assembled it last weekend. This is a superb barbecue (5/5 stars), but the assembly is a bear. I used it for the first time yesterday and it is great. By the way I had asked a few questions here, but got no answers. So, I will answer my own questions. 1) This can be connected to your home's built-in LP gas line, which is connected to a large buried tank. Support however does not recommend this, but I have seen no issues with what I am doing; 2) The chain on the side by the side burner is to hold a match to ignite that burner manually; 3) I could find no PDF of the manual, so I had to scan the paper instructions. In any case, again, I highly recommend this barbecue, which is a great value.
