We are pleased with BBQ. If you keep the heat high it cooks great. It does seem to drop temperature if lid is left open.

So far it seems to be a good grill especially for the price. Assembly wasn’t bad (took about 1 1/2 hours. Instructions are good.

We are really enjoying our new grill! It’s very sturdy and the grates are great. It did take a while to put it together.

Two hour assembly time with my brother in law and me. Wasn’t difficult with two people just a lot of parts. Very nice and sturdy. Like the black rather than other choices out there. Much easier to keep clean.

Work well directions a bit iffy

Can’t beat it for the price. Dose get to 700 degrees. I bought the pro series before I bought this one and returned the pro series. This one half the price an way better

Great value for features. The only problem was that it was damaged in shipment or was damaged and still delivered with a gash in the box. I reported it but never heard from anyone.

The first grill I purchased had a damaged frame, and I couldn't attach the top to the legs. I received a replacement, but the second grill had damage to the front and the top of the side burner, and the regulator didn’t work properly. Unfortunately, my local Sam's Club didn't have another unit in stock and said I’d need to drive over 40 miles to another store to get a replacement. I contacted corporate but haven’t received any response. Now, I’m stuck waiting for replacement parts from Member’s Mark, and they’re all on back order.

My family stayed at my brothers house while on vacation, since I didn't have to pay for an AirBNB, I knew I had to repay him for his hospitality. I asked if he was a charcoal or propane guy and he indicated propane. So I went to Sam's Club with that info and found this grill. We were able to follow the instructions included to put it together quickly. There were no issues in making food the few times I used this prior to going home back to PA. Also, the grill came with a cover, which is important in Florida.

Instructions were correct, all the parts were in the box in great shape. Video online for assembly was helpful. Battery included, as was a custom cover and it lit up the first try! The wife and I are delighted, not to mention how good of a price it was!
