Over a month waiting for missing hardware

I ordered this grill and it came promptly. However, it was missing the hardware pack...nothing could be assembled. I called customer support- they said 5-7 business days. That was a month ago. On the meantime, I have gill parts spread all over my kitchen and deck; I have missed a month of grilling, including a Memorial Day barbeque I had to cancel. I have called back multiple times and the hardware STILL has not been shipped. This is unacceptable!

The replacement parts and hardware were stored and shipped from a warehouse in Canada. With the recent tariffs put in place, we set up and shipped all our warranty parts to a new warehouse within the USA so valued customers like yourself didn't have to pay extra tax, or face delays with shipping at the border. With this transfer of parts, there is a delay for initial warehouse set-up. We apologize for the delay, and will get your part to you as soon as the set-up is complete. Best bang for your buck!

I bought this grill on 5/3/25 for $249.00 (door buster deal) from a physical location. I used the BILT app for assembly which I found to be very easy to follow. Once I had it assembled, I washed the grates and did a burn off. Now prior to purchasing this grill I did some research, watched some videos and learned about all the new features of gas grills (it's been a while since I purchased a new grill). I did a temp test to see how long it would take to get to 500 degrees, less than 8 minutes with the burns set to medium. I did use the sear feature and burned one of my pork steaks in a very short time, maybe a minute and a half. So be careful with the sear zone. I've only used it once, I'm happy with it.

Great Grill for the Money

This is a great grill for the money! The construction metal is lightweight and the grates are light weight also. The heat output is perfect and has a good sear zone. Cooks really well and I think the grill should hold up well for a few years. The installation isn’t too bad and instructions are adequate. It’s really nice that there is extra hardware and a grill cover included. Overall a great grill for the money and a much better grill in the price class.

Caring for Porcelain Coated Cast Iron Cooking Grates:<br />During preheat, brush cooking grates with a grill brush to remove debris.<br />IF A MORE THOROUGH CLEANING IS REQUIRED:<br />1. Wash cooking grates with soap and water only.<br />2. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a towel. If cleaning on a very hot day, allow grates to dry in the sun.<br /><br />Caring for Heat Plates:<br />1. Remove heat plates.<br />2. Holding your heat plate over a large garbage receptacle, use a plastic paint scraper or a grill brush to remove debris<br />IF A MORE THOROUGH CLEANING IS REQUIRED:<br />3.
