Great bang for the buck if it lasts
So far so good. I like that it has built in leveling and the drip tray up front. Not difficult to assemble and instructions are clear but there are quite a few parts. Easier to light than the Blackstone it replaced. It is a bit high, I liked the lower profile of the Blackstone. Note that on high, the front few inches are a good 150 degrees lower than the rest of the surface though I expect this difference will diminish some for lower cooking temps. I actually like this because it gives me a place to park already cooked food and keep it warm. Jury still out of course on ease of cooking and durability since I just finished building it. Cover is flimsy compared to Blackstone but so is the one on my Weber smoker and it is still going strong after 6 years despite being in direct sun much of the day.

Value for sure but....
The grill is a great value for the money cheapest on the market, but well built. Though I feel like there's a couple of things you should know from my experience. First of all if you're using and storing this grill outside the cover is not waterproof. Rain will leak through and down to the grease trap and overfill. In addition, it causes the Griddle to rust. To avoid this you'll have to buy and an additional griddle cover, so plan on spending between $80 and $120 to do that. For that reason I have to give this grill a four stars.

Poorly designed and supported
Swing and a miss, should have bought Blackstone. For starters, the cook surface has a slight bow in the middle of it that only gets worse when it heats up, causing oil/butter/etc to flow to either side where it pools, leaving the middle with nothing. Secondly, the burners do not heat the front 8 or so inches of the griddle, which makes properly seasoning the whole thing impossible. You WILL fight rust issues on this thing because of that. Third, the cover that comes with it is cheap garbage, mine disintegrated in less than a year - but you cannot buy a new one, they don't even sell them. You can't even buy a 3rd party cover, as this griddle does NOT conform to the size standards that literally every other brand uses - nothing will fit (all others seem to use a standard width of 66.5" for their covers, the designers of this griddle in all of their infinite wisdom chose to make the shelves on either side bigger, meaning you need a 75" cover - which does not appear to exist outside of the stock one it comes with, which you cannot buy separately. The cook surface is even a 2 inch different depth than Blackstone and all others, so you can't even buy one of those protective silicone mats and have it fit. Not having a stainless steel lid like nearly every other 36" griddle in existence makes zero sense. Spend the extra money and buy a Blackstone, it'll be higher quality and actually have covers, parts, and accessories available for it. Would love to get my money back for it, but I've had it over a year and a half now, so that's not even an option either. Very disappointed, do not buy.
Thank you for taking time to leave such a detailed review. The griddle top can be adjusted by turning the leveling nut on the griddle feet, to ensure positive flow of grease to the grease catch. The outside of the griddle especially closer to the front where the grease trap is, will be a little cooler than the areas over the burners. However, if you're experiencing large areas of temperature differences, here are some tips:- Preheat at lower temperatures and for a shorter period. This will give you greater control of your griddle temperature. You can also avoid wild temperature differences, by never adding a large amount of frozen food or cold water to a hot griddle.- Don’t overheat. You might get the urge to turn your burners up to "HIGH" when you use the Griddle, but don’t! Most only need to be set to “MED” to heat to over 500 degrees F.- Checking the levelling of your griddle can help ensure that the griddle top is receiving even heat distribution from the burners.All Member’s Mark items carry a 100% member satisfaction guarantee. Do not buy
I drove an hour away for this griddle, excited about the price. Assembly went rather smoothly, although time-consuming. Went to move it to put it outside, and the right leg that holds the wheel snapped right off, and the whole griddle fell over on me! It was the welded peice of metal and not something that screws in so now this griddle is useless. I can only imagine the fire and damage it would have caused if I was actually cooking on the thing. Do not use this on a deck or porch for your families safety. Sams support was awful, but their fb crew came through and is going to send their carrier out to pick it up and refund me.

Took two hours to put together, many screws don’t line up. After assembled I seasoned it and max temp it gets to is 300 degrees. Garbage
