I'm not kidding ! This machine is super solid, very efficient and the spin cycle can hardly be heard from the other room. And, I love the little musical alarm that sounds when the cycle is finished. The Porsche of washers!

I thought about it for a few weeks then decided to go ahead and get it, however it’s a big disappointment the dry sucks it doesn’t dry my clothes it always stops before the timer is up it takes HOURS of trying to get my clothes dry enough. I wouldn’t recommend it to no one. The only thing good about it is the space saving. Waste of money

I like the compact size of this "tower"; and also appreciate that the controls are in a central, reachable location! I haven't tried the dryer, yet, so I can't comment on its performance.

We purchased this w/d laundry center in January, 2021. We have had absolutely no problems with it. It is still super quiet and does a great job washing and drying clothes. Easy to use controls. No wonder Consumer Reports rates LG high in quality and reliability.

The controls are easy to reach - unlike my last stackable which were very high for a vertically challenged person. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I'm enjoying the LG ThinQ app which notifies me when a load is finished. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another wash tower. Thank you, LG for coming up with this concept!

I tend to research for hours, days, or even months if possible before buying appliances. This combo from LG has lived up to the positive ratings and so far has run flawlessly. I've had the unit for about a year and do 4-5 loads of laundry a week. Here are the pros: * fits perfectly in my main floor entryway closet so no more trips downstairs for laundry * my phone alerts me when cycles are done so clothes don't sit * can operate the machine from the app on my phone * has run flawlessly since I bought it over 6 months ago * easy to load, unload and transfer laundry * so many options for gentle cycles, temps, etc. Honestly, there are no cons. Just remember with all front load washers to wipe out the door and gasket and leave it ajar so it doesn't develop a smell. The app reminds you to do a tub clean tablet every now and then. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

It’s clean, modern lines appealed to us since our laundry area is “on display” in our kitchen. It’s beautiful to look at! Looks aside, I love that the controls are sandwiched in the center, making far easier to operate than our former stackable set. Also, the dryer sits at at more reasonable height, making it easier to load or empty (versus reaching up high). The washer is illuminated, which I also find helpful. The cycles are great, as long as you download the ThinQ app. You can find numerous options in the app for washing/drying all types of laundry. I have owned this unit for about a month now & I’m very pleased! Now I just need LG to make a French door refrigerator that looks equally awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago. There was a small issue but the tech came and fixed it within a week. The washtower is sleek and modern. Very user friendly. My only setback is that I cannot download extra settings because it does not support 5g. I also cannot turn off the turbo wash. The machines themselves are spacious and work wonderful.

Replacing an old top loading W/D set with the center control panel washtower has been great! No stool needed to reach the top controls as with other brands. It's very quiet and efficient at cleaning and drying all our household washables. Easy to press touch control panel.
