It leaked! You expect people to get on the floor to drain the wash tub? The hose is too short and you need to be on your hands and knees to do this? This is the best you can do? What engineers dreamed that up? Pregnant women, older adults, disabled are expected to get a low pan, get on the floor, drain it with a short hose? What were you thinking? I’m so irritated, I sent it back.

It was time for us to buy a new washer & dryer and we chose the LG WashTower. We have limited space and this Unit looked great. Also, we liked the TV commercials. This was one of our best decisions to-date. It has a large capacity for its dimensions, is quiet, quick, and we love the Wi-Fi features. Thanks for making this thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just added this wash tower to our main floor, and I used it for the first time yesterday. The controls are fairly intuitive--I only had to look up the red DOOR LOCK icon. Connecting to wifi was easy as well. I've never had a front loading washer or dryer, so that is going to take some adjustment. As a result, I missed seeing one item left in the washer (you have to bend quite a bit to see inside and I'm not that limber anymore). I love the phone app because I can see the time left on each cycle. Having our laundry now on the main floor is going to be safer than carrying laundry baskets to the basement and life-changing as well for the convenience. The wash tower tucks neatly into a corner of our mudroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this wash tower but didn't get delivered right away. Now that I have it I love the large capacity, so that I have less wash loads. I am a little disappointed when wash is finished, that water remains on the grey rubber seal, and in the hollow of seal. I do dry it with towel. Thinking in this day and age it would be much improved. My last machine was not a LG did the same thing and got moldy, no matter how I tried to dry seal. It was still in great working order. So this is a little frustrating,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the washtower for about a month now. I really enjoy the size, the cleanliness of the wash, and the various wash and dry options. The only think I have an issue with is that you have to press and hold a button on the electronic panel to turn on the light inside the drums, and sometimes you have to try a few times before the light actually comes on. It would be nice to have a simple on and off button, perhaps on the side of the unit, to turn on the drum lights. It would also be nice if there was an option to keep the light on for an extended period of time. Otherwise, enjoying the unit!

We bought it 2 months ago, and she loves all the features, the quiet, the low-water use and minimal detergent use, and how fluffy the dryer makes the clothes. Only issue: 2 weeks ago it started leaking some water on the floor every wash cycle. We haven't figured out how to fix that yet . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pair for my upstairs closet in our condo.This unit looks sleek and modern. I love the lighted drums, the cycle finish tunes, and the gentle touch control panel. It is very quiet, both washing and drying. The berrings in my 7 year old washer died and were not worth fixing. The large capacity of the drums are terrific! Lots of room for blankets etc. I love the auto sensing technology too.The performance of this machine is excellent. It weighs your clothes in normal mode to calculate wash time. There is also a quick wash mode that will wash clothes in 30 min. It has all the other modes like bedding, or delicate that you would expect. Drying is equally competent. A normal load of clothes or sheets can dry very quickly!

The LG WashTower is the marriage of form and function. The space saving design has allowed me to easily add it to an area of my renovated laundry space and freed up enough space for a much coveted laundry sink. Controls are easy to see and use. The ThinQ functions are great to have for additional laundry care options. The washer is very efficient with water, but clothes come out clean and fresh every time. Having the dryer “linked” to the washer is absolutely a user friendly option. The dryer knows what to do based on the washer settings. It is so quiet I’m glad to have the app to tell me when the washer or dryer is done. I do wish LG would add a soak downloadable option for the washer. That being said I’m enjoying the WashTower and all it’s functionality and design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the ease of use of this WashTower. It works perfectly for our space and I love all the features. One problem I am having with the WashTower is that off and on it keeps displaying an error code about the dryer vent being clogged but continues to work anyway. I don't know if the sensor is faulty or if I need someone to come and clean our vents. We thought we had fixed the problem and the error code went away for awhile, but now it is back again.
