With that said we've been remodeling and upgrading our appliances and found LG Electronics Wash Tower. This washer/dryer set is brilliant! There's different settings for small loads and with a built in memory it remembers your preferred settings. How cool is that? They have thought of everything futuristic possible! I'm so happy we went with this particular set! The washer/dryer drums are big which allow for several pairs of jeans or a king sized comforter. I love the way it can be controlled from any smart phone or device that's WiFi compatible. I can be in the neighboring town and start a load with a push of a button on my phone. That my friend is genius! The steam cycle is handy for sanitizing toys and such. Another feature I really love is the non wrinkle cycle. The dryer will turn on every so often until the door is opened or until a button is pushed indicating the cycle is done. I'm very, very impressed with my wash tower! Bonus part is that it's made by a company that we've trusted using in my family for many years. There's nothing more therapeutic than the smell of fresh cleaned linen! The wash tower is very quiet, in fact it can't be heard throughout our home unless you're in the room with it. It's definitely made laundry so much more enjoyable for me and my family. If you are looking to upgrade appliances I urge you to give this wash tower a whirl! I promise it will not disappoint! Now off to do another load of towels for the week ahead.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I can’t change the temperature on the dry settings. The user manual implies that I should be able to but I was told by customer service that the only way to adjust heat is to use the timed setting. I have a hard time believing that is true but I’m stuck with what they have told me. None the less, my clothes are dried and it never seems to be too hot o. The settings that I can’t adjust. I also love that it has a steam dry setting. I had this on my old dryer and loved it. I was thrilled that this dryer offered it too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit wanting a stackable, and it has far exceeded our expectations of what a washer and dryer can do. Not only does it have a full size drum, but the thin profile fits in the space we have with plenty of room and actually adds to the aesthetic of the room! I never thought that a washer and dryer could look sexy! The features are what have really sold me on the stackable ThinQ washer and dryer. I love how the dryer automatically knows what settings to use based on the load that the washer just cleaned. Things like that are the features that actually provide value and improve daily life.

The last washer and dryer I bought was 25 years ago so when I went looking for a new one an d looked at alot of them and ran across this one did my research and decided to give it a try not being that tech savvy I was worried that I would not be able to run this thing and come to find out it was so easy, have not used all the features but I know I am going to love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice and compact and fits in the spot we chose. Great features and very quiet when the laundry door is closed. Previously we only had a washer and had to use my moms dryer which was inconvenient especially when it rained. Our mom has a dryer in a enclosed patio which we had to carry our wet laundry outside to get to her patio. We live in a duplex and her patio entrance was all the way behind her house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the large capacity, but the process of using downloaded and cloud cycles is difficult and confusing. It's also very irritating that it will not allow changes to cycles. For example, you can't select "very dry" on the delicate dry cycle. Not recommended if you don't have a smart phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of washing at laundromats, where clothes got clean, now with this Washtower they get clean to a new, much higher level; yes it’s noticeable. When in operation, it is so comparatively quiet, that I can take a nap within 10 feet. Plus the ending chime is a very nice bonus feature. Serves its purpose and gets the job done in the nicest, most pleasant way possible. A bit of a learning curb (took a while to find Tub Clean under Bedding), but nothing major. Very happy and grateful I pulled-the-trigger on this well-designed and built LG machine.

The only small draw-back is that the small amount of water left in the drum after the wash cycle begins to get rather smelly if the machine is not used fir 2 or 3 days. There’s a smell of foul water, so I feel like I need to run the cleaning cycle with the proper detergent pouches every week. Is this your normal experience ? This is my one disappointment. Otherwise, the washing, drying, and cycle choices are great. Aesthetically it’s is beautiful !

It was time for us to buy a new washer & dryer and we chose the LG WashTower. We have limited space and this Unit looked great. Also, we liked the TV commercials. This was one of our best decisions to-date. It has a large capacity for its dimensions, is quiet, quick, and we love the Wi-Fi features. Thanks for making this thing!
