Very easy to operate, quiet, and fast. Love the speed wash cycle when I want to just wash a few items. Love LG products have a full size at my summer home which has never disappointed me and would definitely consider replacing it with this style Iwhen it quits working. Would definitely purchase again. Thank you LG for such great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knowing that LG only offers it with the hinge on the left but it is the only full size W/D that I could find that stacked and wasn't too tall. The unit is meant for a small space which is what I was putting it in (with sloping roof) and I went through all the throws of whether or not I could still use it with the left hinge. Though it fits it is inconvenient loading and unloading clothes. With a right sided hinge this would have been a five star review but because I replaced an excellent LG W/D Combo that had space problems and I had at least hoped for a much better solution to my problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our LG Washtower for for 2 weeks now and we are extremely happy with it's performance and results. It is quiet and efficient. It has a lot of bells and whistles that we haven't gotten to yet, but we will. It does a great job of cleaning out clothes and uses very little detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tight space & this is perfect, did regular loads, blankets, bath mats, bedding, winter jacket+snow suit, used turbo wash - haven't tried steam in dryer yet. Great capacity in both washer & dryer, so quiet, easy setting choices, uses considerably less water, even like the app that tells me load is finished.

The only bad aspect is that the drain hose is 8 ft and the location I have caused me to have an extension….. this is worrisome. Other than that the actual washer and dryer both work great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG Washtower six weeks ago and I am loving it. It is easy to use and very intelligent. When I put one of my wrinkled sweaters in the machine's steam cycle to get the wrinkles out, the machine defaulted to 55 minutes. I knew the sweater only needed 5 minutes so I set a timer on my phone to get the sweater. When I came back the machine was already off. The Washtower actually WEIGHED MY SWEATER to determine how much time was needed and shut down the cycle after only the few minutes necessary to get the wrinkles out. The Washtower has many other intuitive features that help to take care of your clothes while getting them clean and dry very quickly. It is also a beautifully designed machine with a small footprint. My wife loves the mobile app that let's her know when wash or dry cycles have been completed. I highly recommend this machine.

I wanted to buy a machine that was water and energy efficient because I run off of rainwater and limited electrical supply. I wanted full size but wanted some way of saving space.I had been using a top loader stacked laundry center. It used up my water supply quickly. After researching front loaders I had read that front loaders don't clean the clothes as well, they're noisy, but they were water efficient. I was afraid there would be a lot of vibrations from the super fast spinning cycle I had read about. I had some doubts. Since buying the LG wash Tower I am extremely happy with the outcome. I use far less water, and the clothes come out extremely clean I really like all the features that it comes with and the machine is half as noisy as my old laundry center. I bought the gas version and converted it to propane. It all works perfectly . Very very happy with my purchase.

No more wondering when my loads are going be to done because I get notifications on my phone. This saves me some time and stress And makes doing laundry for a family of 6 effortless. I also love that everything gets dried perfectly and the wrinkle care mode keeps rotating my clothes until I can get back to unload them. Thank you LG!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is amazing, it is seriously quiet. It was simple to install. Clothes come out clean and fresh. It saves space. Please NOTE however: if you are installing in a closet or otherwise confined space and your dryer vent is wall flush and not recessed into the wall, account for an extra 4 inches minimum when deciding if this will fit your space. The vent is located center bottom of the top dryer unit. The water connections are located below that. Its rather awkward however I understand they were trying to accommodate many different hook up configurations one might have in the home.
