[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 1 year ago and I still get excited when it's time for laundry, because of this machine. I know that's silly, but on top of doing a fantastic job cleaning, drying, and steaming clothes, it's beautiful and fun to operate. I love that the dryer knows what settings to use based on what was just washed -- they talk to each other! SO quiet (except for the finishing chimes, they go on for quite the song), so efficient, I'm a very happy customer.

We bought this item to fit in a laundry closet and still give some room for storage and hanging clothes. It just fits in my scenario (depth wise) and looks great. My issue is with the some of the built in washing and drying options. I find I have to wash most things on the 'normal' setting as that gives me the most options with temperature, spin speed etc. But that can be tricky when you are alone as I am and have mixed loads. Also with the dryer options, I like to dry my sheets on a low setting. The 'normal' will not let me do this, so I've recently tried the timed setting. It's a process to get used to. Over all, I'm learning and basically pleased with the quality of the product.

After suffering for years with a unitilized w/d that sounded like a crashing airplane, I am so happy to report our new LG washtower is beyond wonderful ... super quiet, fits the space, huge capacity and it is sooo smart! Dryer already knows the setting from the washer. It's sleek, space age look is great. My neighbors have washer envy. Ha!

That's what happened to me, but the story ends WELL. The product was available for immediate installation - and I have been using it non stop. Not only is it ATTRACTIVE - it is so efficient and effective and SMART! It knows exactly how big the load is and adjusts washing and drying time accordingly. The controls are accessible in every way - and easy to use. I really love this unit. I recommend it with the highest level of confidence ad satisfaction.

Not only does it have a full size drum, but the thin profile fits in the space we have with plenty of room and actually adds to the aesthetic of the room! I never thought that a washer and dryer could look sexy! The features are what have really sold me on the stackable ThinQ washer and dryer. I love how the dryer automatically knows what settings to use based on the load that the washer just cleaned. Things like that are the features that actually provide value and improve daily life.

I was doing a remodel in a small area and needed a washer/dryer that would fit my area without major remodel. My cabinet maker was able to build around the unit and give me storage and a folding area.

My kids insisted I get the tower because my wife (84, me 85) had to go down the basement to do washing. So the Tower came to my house. I have never been around a washing machine that works so silently, efficiently, and turns out clothes that are amazingly not only clean, but fluffy and soft like brand new. I am the boss of the wash day duty now and thrill to see how the pair work during the several cycles. The LG technology is just fantastic. I heartily recommend the product to any and all who want a space-age laundry marvel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much space it saves in the laundry room. Now there’s room to put in a folding table or even a sink —- or more coveted storage. I’m of average height and have no problem getting the clothes out of the top dryer. The center controls are simple to use, but the best part is being able to control the washer and dryer from my phone. I love being able to see how much time is left and what cycle it’s in. Also, it seems to use less water, which I love! ’ve had it a month now and couldn’t be more pleased.
