Replacing an old top loading W/D set with the center control panel washtower has been great! No stool needed to reach the top controls as with other brands. It's very quiet and efficient at cleaning and drying all our household washables. Easy to press touch control panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED my side by side top-loading LG washer and dryer and sang their praises to friends and family which resulted in numerous purchases. Recently, we downsized to a condo and needed a stackable washer/dryer unit. I didn’t look at any other brand. The unit is good looking and as far as I can tell does a good job of washing and drying. I just miss the variety of wash/dry options that I had on my individual units and, of course the limited drum capacity. In addition, I can’t observe the wash cycles as I could on my top-loading model - which had a glass door. While this stackable front-loading unit has a glass door, the unit goes dark when the wash cycle begins.

I bought this less than s month ago and did laundry twice. Cleans and dries well. Location of control panel is obviously very convenient. The only thing that I would like to have is more flexibility with choices of temperature for each washing and drying cycle. You cannot do normal dry with low temperature. You have to select delicate cycle to satisfy “dry low” on the clothing label. It is manageable though. Also, normal wash is always turbowash and is short. Have not figured it out if it is a good or bad thing, but you cannot turn turbowash off. Had Bosch before, where you can pick and choose anything, so maybe just need to adjust. Overall, after running it twice, do not have complaints. Pretty quiet machine as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this unit in an upstairs closet. Doing the laundry in our basement became too much of a safety issue as we are both in our 70's. Laundry is a much more convient task. Also the unit does an excellent job.

We have a 30 year old laundry room that could not handle the size of the new washers and dryers and allow us to close the door. This allows us more floor space to put in a storage rack. Highly recommend the LG tower!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my stackable washer/dryer approximately 2 Months ago. I really enjoy using these appliances. The only problem I have is the odor coming from the washer. It seems the only way to deal with the problem is 1. Leaving the washer door open, or 2. Using the products for cleaning . Any reason why the front loaders have an odor? Whereas the top loaders do not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new WashTower a couple months ago and I LOVE IT! I am 5'3" and have no problem reaching into the top dryer. I can fit everything I could into our old large capacity washer/dryer and it takes up half the space. Love the allergen/sanitize and steam options but my favorite option is the wrinkle care button that keeps fluffing the laundry if I can't get to it as soon as it's done drying. I honestly can not think of one negative thing to say about it. Highly recommend.

Finally got our laundry room remodeled the way we want it and my LG is the crowning glory!! Great features, runs so efficiently and quietly, and is beautiful just to look at (which I do often!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new unit for 3 weeks and love it. The capacity is very large for a stacked unit, comparable to a large side-by-side washer/dryer. Laundry comes out very clean and the Turbo option in some programs reduces the wash time compared to other front loaders. The unit is quiet in wash and dry cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently did a renovation of my kitchen and bath/laundry and this machine has been in use for about a month now. I absolutely love it. My favorite thing is the Steam Fresh cycle on the dryer. I've used it for throw blankets, dog bedding and pillows and in 10 minutes everything has come out beautifully refreshed. Both the washer and dryer have large capacity and the machine is very quiet.
