[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is amazing, it is seriously quiet. It was simple to install. Clothes come out clean and fresh. It saves space. Please NOTE however: if you are installing in a closet or otherwise confined space and your dryer vent is wall flush and not recessed into the wall, account for an extra 4 inches minimum when deciding if this will fit your space. The vent is located center bottom of the top dryer unit. The water connections are located below that. Its rather awkward however I understand they were trying to accommodate many different hook up configurations one might have in the home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set about a month ago and having been extolling its virtues ever since! I absolutely love this washer/dryer combo. It is extremely quiet and does an amazing job. Perfect for our condo!

I use the same settings most of the time. Cold water and cool drying . If you change any function, LG sets the water to hot and the dryer to hot. If I use time drying and change the time, the dryer goes to hot. It's to easy to ruin your close with the settings LG included in their program.

LOVE the centrally located controls between the units which was the main reason I selected this model. It looks nice, cleans full sized loads, does a good job at sensing dryness and gives good options for types of loads. Thumbs up so far!

The remote start on the app thus far hasn't been that helpful, but the the dryer is awesome at communicating with the washer about the previous load and adjusting its settings. The capacity is full size, and is smaller than my previous stacked washer/dryer. The company that LG worked with to deliver the washtower was also quick to install it, without any issues. I'm very satisfied with this product so far. I will say that I completed this review for a chance to win a promotional product, but these are my true thoughts on it.

I love that it is a full size washer and dryer that doesn’t take up a large amount of space. Also one of my favorites on this is that the controls for both the washer and dryer are easy to reach being in the middle of both units.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC ! Has great compatible space for the exterior of our laundry room and the inside drum is just big enough for our family. I love the color options and the sleek look that it provides. Love the flat face and the touch buttons! I have read into this machine for about four hours and it has awesome options and I can use it from my cell phone to Function my machine while I’m away from home. It’s super quiet and it actually CLEANS your clothes! I highly recommend getting these machines!

Outstanding piece of technology. Super efficient washing and drying both with low levels of nose. The one negative is the user friendliness of the app. The app gives access to a range of online programs but: 1/ The do not include the standard manual options available on the machine- why? 2/ To access the options one needs to remember to click on the down site next to the word NORMAL- again why? Please upgrade the app interface.

It has worked flawlessly since and has been so reliable that we purchased another for our second vacation rental. We tell the guests to leave the washer door open a crack to avoid mildew smells and we get a bit of sand around the dryer seal (beach rental) that we wipe off. No issues with performance in almost 2 years and the controls are easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer/dryer combo I've ever owned. Unlike separate units that are stacked, this is a single unit with shared control logic. The dryer knows what you just washed so it adjusts automatically to dry the load. And it uses so little detergent and water but gets everything really clean. So it's good for the environment and for your energy budget.
