[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an LG Washer and Dryer in our former home for years. They were fantastic and worked flawlessly. We moved to our new home and just replaced our old upright Kenmore units and got the LG Washtower. It is just great. The clothes are so clean and soft. We didn't realize how well the LG's work until we didn't use them the last year. We're glad to be back.

It is quiet and does an excellent job cleaning my laundry in half the time than my other washer. Love the ThinQ features that allow you to upload additional cycles and alerts me on my phone when the wash and dryer cycles are done. Very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my set for a few weeks but so far I really like it; I needed a stackable for my space and was limited by the newer models because most have the controls on top. Being vertically challenged myself, I couldn't reach them without a stepstool. This set has the controls in the middle-- excellent feature! I also really like the quick/short wash cycle. The steam feature on the dryer is great too! The only thing I dislike is the dryer sensors. I use at-home dry cleaning (Dryell or similar) occasionally and this dryer won't let me set it for 10-15 minutes. It doesn't sense anything damp so it turns off after 1-2 minutes. Other than that, I really like the set!

I have no more compliments for LG-WashTower after my experience with hose connection issue that developed just eight months after new installation. The problem: after installation, cold water rubber hose was rubbing against the dryer vent. The hose melted and started leaking. Unlike individual washer and dryer, the combo WashTower is heavy and one need a heavy person to pull the machine out and push it in. LG would have thought about such scenarios and provided quality hose with the machine and trained the installers appropriately. Picture attached for review.

I had the Washtower installed two months ago. It cleans my clothes great! It is a nice design and fits well in my small space. But, I wanted a new-age appliance that connects to Wifi, and this one is still unable to connect. Repairman has been here twice. We think it’s the ThinQ app. It must have problems and service people can’t fix it. I can’t do certain type functions without it. I would not recommend an LG appliance till LG gets this bug worked out.

We recently received our washer dryer tower. We very much are enjoying its operation. It is quiet and it’s sleek modern tech look fits our ideas of how our home should look. The sale price was quite inviting and delivery with setup was free and easy. It has features we never new existed in this type of home appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a year ago upon the recommendation from my contractor. He has owned this same unit for 5 years without any trouble. I love my unit and the washer spins the clothes so dry, that it doesn't take long to dry them

How do you move this machine, it is very heavy ...I have it built in to a unit so I have limited access. They gave 2 non slip pads in package where do they go ? Lg should have designed this with handles near the front of the machine on the side! Help with ideas on how to move this monster

It has been fabulous and has exceeded our expectations for a smaller unit. It handles a king size comforter very well. The cycle is shorter than expected and the settings are accurate.
