[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into our 1705 home and the washer and dryer were in the middle of a space we walked through all of the time to get to our family room. This unit allowed us to tuck the washer and dryer into a corner and make the space beautiful. We are having a cabinet built to surround it. Now the space look terrific and by the way it does a wonderful job on doing laundry too! Here are before and after pics

When I choose the small load option it will set to 30 minutes. However after about 2 minutes it shuts off. I read something about the dryer sensor can not sense the small amount of clothes or something like that. In the manual it says the small load option is for up to 3 items. Well then what is the point of the small load option if you need to fill up the dryer with more items for the sensor to work?! Also I haven't been able to get the wifi feature to work. The washtower looks good but for the cost I am not overly impressed with this unit so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the set because it was the only one available that might fit in the area of the room and the fact that I have a crawl space that holds my furnace so needs access This access is on the floor right in front of my washer dryer stackable set.

This unit seems to have the ability to wash and dry well. It lacks any semblance of user control to truly maximize any of its potential. The default settings are a joke. Even worse, the lack of customization of its app settings is even worse. For the amount of money spent on this unit, I am completely dumbfounded on the lack of control I have over it. Almost every piece of clothing, blanket, or other item we buy today, has one simple instruction; machine wash cold and tumble dry low. This doesn't change based on how heavy duty or heavily soiled the load is. I feel completely ripped off having bought this unit for the money. LG needs to add a fully customizable cycle to its app. Until such time, nobody in their right mind should consider buying this over priced under productive device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this tower for maybe 7-8 months and it is covered in scratches. From what??? The only thing we can think of is maybe zippers and buttons from our kids clothes??? Why would this scratch so easy??? We are very very disappointed because we designed our laundry room around this machine. We would like it replaced. We live in a brand new home and this looks like a used machine. Sooooo horrible!! As far as functionality we are pleased outside of a few small features we can’t seem to figure out.

One Saturday morning, I was listening to "Home with Dean Sharp" (the "House Whisperer") on the radio and, voila! In this broadcast, he discussed laundry centers -- and this one received a rave review. That sold me. And now, the unit has sold me. I LOVE IT!!!

I bought this through lg because it comes with an installation. It's been 3 weeks and 4 visits with their installers and it still isn't installed properly. Lg offered a 1 time inconvenience amount after 1 week but now after 3, I plan on getting my own installers and they are not able to help more. I don't plan on ever buying lg again.

Purchased the WKE 100 LG Wash Tower. Unfortunately it is a dud. The dryer will not work only for 10 minutes after a new cord was attached. After calls to Sam's Club and LG I am told that this cannot be returned when that was the reason for my purchase that this product has a 90 day return. I am on the phone waiting 45 minto see if the Sams Club rep is seeing if LG can come out to repair this 1 day old machine. I gave this a 2 star because the washer works. I have been a member since the 90's. So sad. My first LG product and now my last.

I bought the LG tower and I am so sorry I did. The user has too little control. My previous washer allowed extra rinse on every load...important to me due to very sensitive skin. This washer only allows extra rinse on certain loads. The dryer doesn’t allow extra time to be added. My towels were damp at the end of the cycle and every time I tried to restart, dryer shut off. I am so very frustrated that I spent so much money on a product that doesn’t come close to meeting my needs.
