Installation was smooth, and installer gave a quick, detailed instructions on how to operate. Noise i extremely quiet.

I bought my dishwasher in early December. There were some problems getting it installed. The first installer could not get it completely in. I called someone else. It seems he did not remove the protective part on the back of the dishwasher that stated remove. After it was installed correctly it looks fine and works beautifully. Could you please send me another book regarding the dishwasher as the first installer took my book and hasn’t returned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I ran dishwasher I set it on Auto and got error message 6E. Troubleshooting didn’t help. Has run fine on Normal since. What does this mean? Loading instructions assume all plates on bottom rack. Need more info about loading bowls, pans, etc. I don’t wash that many plates

This dishwasher looks good and gets the job done. It has good loading dimensions, washing options AND the price was right. We are still learning to use it so can't rave or not rave. However, I don't like that the tub stays damp after drying or that it takes 2-3 hours to complete a load. These may be aspects that can be modified, as was the ability to turn off the bells and whistles indicating that the load is finished. I like LG so am giving this dishwasher the benefit of the doubt but sometimes I long for the ease of the older machines.

We love the look and craftsmanship of this unit! The only reason we're not giving it 5 stars is because it took us several washes and thorough online research to determine the drying cycle. We thought it should have been much easier to figure out how to dry the dishes properly. Now that we know, we simply love this dishwasher, which we bought along with all the other LG kitchen units.

I got mine in black delivered on 12/13/23. Ran into issues because I did not know how to operate it properly. Dolly at LG guided me to reset the machine. Works like a charm. Another techie earlier had the wrong diagnosis. Not all are trained equally. They are all very patient though. Dolly based in the Philippines has been with LG for a long time. I don't have huge loads. Plan to run it twice or thrice a week. On the con side, small items can slip through the large openings.(not a negative otherwise). Need to be careful while loading. I choose not to use Rinse Aide. I read somewhere that without this, the drying won't be satisfactory. It is not! That's a shame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only a month old so not used to it yet. Cleans pretty well but had 2 still dirty dishes last use. Maybe they were positioned wrong. Nice and quiet though..i like that. I don't like that when I go to add dishes sometimes I turn it on!! Handle is a little touchy. Silverware holder takes up a lot of room. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

Good dishwasher, but not great. This replaced a Bosch I had and I have to say it really doesn't measure up. It cleans well enough. It's louder than my Bosch and despite the trap being empty it gets an odor very quickly when loading dishes. I bought it to get the price for a suite of appliances and in hindsight I wish I would have kept my Bosch.

We've had this dishwasher for about a month and a half and are getting used to it. It's "fine" but not exceptional. First, the configuration of the bottom rack makes it difficult to load and not have the dishes and bowls overlap. I'm a potter and make my own plates and bowls so they are not all the same shape and size, but that being said, this was never an issue with my old dishwasher. I am also not satisfied that the tub stays moist after the drying is complete. I do like that the silverware compartments have flap/lids that open and help support the utensils. I also like that it is fairly quiet. It is possible that I have not learned all there is to know about this dishwasher and in time I may come to appreciate the various features more but so far it's not all I'd hoped it would be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a dishwasher that wasn't working well, but I have come to wish I repaired it instead of scrapped it. These are my issues: the top shelf comes off its track easily, and is then hard to get back on track; condensation sometimes forms on the top of the door, sometimes enough to form a puddle on my wood floor; 2 of the rows on the top shelf are so narrow that half of my glasses don't fit; and the middle section of the bottom shelf is sometimes not very useful because of the lack of supports.
