Excellent substitute for beef. I enjoy charcoaling pork chops.

I had to feed 12 people and cutting this into my own chops ended up costing me about $1 per chop!

surprised at the hunk of fat of the ends, no meat there, come on Sam! Cut that off sold by the pound, why do I have to pay for a HUGE HUNK OF FAT, that I HAVE TO CUT OFF, THROW AWAY

I cut this in half and freeze half. The other half goes in crock pot with a can of coke for 6 hours. Then pull it apart and add BBQ sauce. Make the best sandwich ever

We recently bought an electric meat slicer and we decided to buy this Member’s Mark Whole Boneless Pork Loin to cut up into chops. It was a very nice cut of meat and it sliced up very nicely into 9/16 inch slices which we froze. The chops were tender and tasty and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely purchase this again.

Since beef prices skyrocketed, we have been eating more pork and chicken. After watching MeatDad on FB, I tried his suggestion and purchased this boneless pork loin. I can get about 8 meals out of it to stretch our food budget. I can get two small roasts, scalloping, thin cut chops, cubed pork for stew, several loins, and my husbands favorite, thick cut, butterflied, stuffed chops. Each meal lasts us a day or two with lunch leftovers. The average price for this loin lately is about $19 so this is a great deal.

I usually buy a case of this yearly, in the fall. I slice it into about 3/4 inch chops and can usually get 3-4 chops per quart. I raw pack & process following the Ball Blue Book - they can up great! Take 1 quart canned pork loin, add one 18oz bottle BBQ sauce - instant BBQ pork!
