Wasn’t very happy with this meat Very tough Marinated first than slow cook it Eat some threw rest away

Love it as a loin but when i cut it into boneless chops i had so much fat that needs to be cut off seems to me paying more for the fat than the meat

It had about 1 1/2 inch or so of strip of hard fat all the way down one side that I had to cut off. I guess I paid for fat not the meat

Bought for years. Even during the pandemicbprices syayed under $2 a pound, now it's up 25%. I have a membership for lower prices. I can buy it cheaper at Walmart now

We love this loin and purchase it every chance we get. We cut it ourselves and its a great price. I have all my family buying it and cutting there own loin roasts and thin loin chops for breakfast.

I bought this to make Carnitas. I like it because it is very lean and some of my family is very picky about the fat content. This makes EXCELLENT carnitas. One of our favorites.
