Product was dated "Sell before July 31" but when prepared to cut and slice on July 25, it was ruined with cryovac fully expanded (even though it had been properly refrigerated since date of purchase). To Sam's Club's credit, when I called about it, they willing offered to exchange the product for me.

Too much sinew but primary meat is good

Definitely cheaper than buying them pre-cut. Great thick chops, stew meat, pork roast. You name it.
