LG?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buying all new appliances at once and you won't hook up copper lines to your new plastic lines. We had to hire that done. At time of arrival. Then after all hooked up. Range wouldn't work. Had to make many phone calls to get replacement two weeks later. Made our lives very uncomfortable. New range is now working. Refrigerator has wrong handles and missing a leveling leg. Had to use a wood shim to level

Don’t buy!

Not happy with our new stove at all. We’ve had the stove for about a week now and it already has metal scratches on the cooktop. I followed the prep instructions and polished the stove top with cream cooktop cleaner that is recommended in the manual, prior to use and we’ve been super careful when placing pans/baking sheets on the stove top and it still has gotten scratches. I’ve polished the cooktop multiple times and the scratches remain. Going back to the retailer tomorrow to see if we can exchange for a different brand.

Defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 6 months ago ..I have had multiple service calls and it still isn't right. They are replacing the front right heating element and circuit relay again. Fingers crossed this gets it working properly and it's not a lemon.

Every product we bought

we bought a washer and dryer, stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. Wach one has broken down after six months, and good luck getting anyone to fix these. We spent two hours online just to get a repair ticket!! Buy another brand! Even writing this review is a pain, because all their words at the end of this page are overlapped!

Nice stove,but inexperienced installation.

I really like my new LG stove with air-fry. It heats quickly and provides plenty of room. My delivery was supposed to be between 3-6. They showed up at 9 pm. The delivery guys took the safety bracket off my wall and said the new ovens do not need it to keep from tipping forward. They also indicated that the unlevel surface next to my countertop was normal. Now, all my baked goods come out uneven. The glass top scratched the first time I used a sauce pan on it. My review is mainly on the delivery and is not focused on the quality of the appliance.

Disappointing Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven in November 2021, and it has been nothing but trouble. The markings on the dials have completely worn off, making it impossible to know what setting the stove top is on. To make matters worse, only one burner works now. This is unacceptable for an appliance that is just a few years old. I regret my purchase and will not be buying LG products again.

Giving it time.

I have had this for about a month now. It is really good with thn single or dual burner, only . It says Ultra Heat/Power Boil. I guess it means just that?? It would be nice to use two front burners. The top is much harder to keep clean than my last stove.

another disappointment

big disappointment

We bought it a year ago but just using the oven now for a Christmas dinner. After all the food was heated I wanted to keep them warm in the oven. The oven rack fell to the bottom of the oven. Lucky the food did not spill out of the warming dishes. This is the second range I bought in the last 12 years. Same problem in both ovens. How do I find a range with good oven racks????

It’s nice having a smart appliance but sometimes using the app is not very user friendly. The bottom left burner (ultra-heat?) does not regulate the heat properly AT ALL. Even if you have it on the lowest setting it will spike in temperature. We have had a few close calls because of the element which is worrying given we have animals and are starting a family. Thinking about it, I would not feel comfortable having someone other than my wife or myself use the stove because they will burn my place down if they use that element.

Lovely Range

Our new range has a great sized oven. It’s easily accessible and easy to clean. Temperature control is very precise. The variable burner size is nice to use. However, the cooktop should be cleaned immediately if spills occur or they become difficult to remove.
