I am an LG fan and have multiple products in my home however this one doesn't get 5 stars because I bought this a year ago and my glasstop has cracked twice greatfully it was repaired however that's is my only downfall. I love all the features especially the air fry.

My wife loves to bake and that was why we bought the convection oven. She has baked in it a number of times figuring cooking times would differ from our old range. The times seem to vary each time she makes a recipe.

Burning hazard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven has issues after 1 use - the external body of oven and stove top are not sealed correctly so the unit is extremely hot to the touch and is a hazard, will burn you if you touch it while in use. Repair company has determined that the oven requires all seals and the top of stove to be replaced. We purchased 3 LG products in October, received them in Dec and have had significant issues with 2 of the 3 items purchased. This is very disappointing and frustrating. We had been very excited to receive and begin using our items, however, we are unsatisfied with the quality.

The Great LG seems to be Taking a Fall

I bought this a month ago and find myself rather disappointed with LG. I had several of there appliances which were very well built. This range is much lighter, flimsier than their earlier products. The lower drawer is much smaller and seems fragile. My biggest disappointment was the fact that it implied that it came with a rack for air frying. It did not. I paid extra for the air fryer ability and then had to order the air fryer rack extra. To add insult to injury, the rack has been discontinued and I can’t even buy one.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this a couple of months. It’s OK. I mean, it works. Sorry to say that I liked my old oven where I could put an aluminum liner tray on the bottom so I didn’t have to clean the bottom of the oven. The drawer under the oven is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! It is very cheaply made/flimsy. It doesn’t roll out smoothly. Also, the owners manual basically warns you about how easy the cooktop can scratch. Don’t slide pans! I’m also disappointed about how hard it is to keep stainless steel appliances looking nice and clean.

Panel of range with burner deco indicators disappeared within 6 months of cleaning with soap and water and stainless steel wipes, recommended by manufacturer. Also rack inside stove was oversize and damaged the walls of range(paint removed/cracked/scratches).
