Bought this stove about a month ago. Like it so far but still getting used to it. The burners turn off and on which in turn takes a while for your pan to get to temp. Kind of a pain waiting for that. Also, takes forever to heat up on just bake, switch to convection but when you set the temp, it always puts it 20 degrees lower and wont let you up it. I'm assuming these are just new updated features but just wish they worked a little better.

The convection oven takes a bit to get used to, but lately I have had some fantastic bread and pies using the convection oven. The rangetop with the warming eye is a great feature, and the smooth top is a breeze to clean. Just owned a little over a month, but I can tell it is a great appliance with great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clock goes faster several minutes every day which also affects cooking time, so I have to adjust the clock all the time. With convection oven option, there is no way to see the adjusted temperature unlike the manual says. It's also hard to wash the stove. Not so happy.

I bought this a month ago and find myself rather disappointed with LG. I had several of there appliances which were very well built. This range is much lighter, flimsier than their earlier products. The lower drawer is much smaller and seems fragile. My biggest disappointment was the fact that it implied that it came with a rack for air frying. It did not. I paid extra for the air fryer ability and then had to order the air fryer rack extra. To add insult to injury, the rack has been discontinued and I can’t even buy one.

This range seems well built, but we are not happy with the design of the cooktop. Specifically, unless the heating elements are on, we can’t see their location. This results in having to slide pots and pans, which scratches the surface. Also, the oven temperature isn’t accurate and we haven’t figured out how to recalibrate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this oven in a package deal. Love the blue/purple inside. The top seems to get white scrapes pretty easily. 99% of it can be scrubbed off. It works good, but doesn’t necessarily cook very even with convection bake. Not really impressed with that part. The top rack cooks way faster. The stove part works great. Hooked it up to my phone with WiFi and that’s handy, but what’s not handy is I have to enable it on the oven before I leave home in order to control it with my phone. I’d like to also be able to randomly decide what I want at the store, and then have my oven preheated when I get home. Not have to have it planned out all the time. BUT overall not bad. It cooks our food ;)

Sorry to say that I liked my old oven where I could put an aluminum liner tray on the bottom so I didn’t have to clean the bottom of the oven. The drawer under the oven is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! It is very cheaply made/flimsy. It doesn’t roll out smoothly. Also, the owners manual basically warns you about how easy the cooktop can scratch. Don’t slide pans! I’m also disappointed about how hard it is to keep stainless steel appliances looking nice and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We owned a "basic model” range for years. I am a chef by trade and this had always been sufficient until the elements started self destructing. We found this LG model while doing research, and found it to be hundreds less than other premium brands with similar features. Convection and self cleaning is what we were looking for and we got that plus a warming oven, a warming burner, ultra heat burners, and an air fryer. Also, lots of safety features, wi-fi remote start, and stove diagnostics. We have owned LG TV’s and other electronics through the years and were always pleased with LG quality. This oven is a nice addition to the LG line.
