Great oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and finally received it, due to it being on backorder. I love the oven from the alerting tunes to the blue interior. Cooks/bakes great and quickly. So glad I made this purchase!

Disappointing and dangerous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about 5 months now and have only used the oven maybe a half dozen times. The app is constantly reporting the oven needs to be cleaned. I have used the self clean feature and this appliance gets dangerously hot! I find it hard to believe someone hasn't been seriously burned. We tried the air-fryer one time and food came out cold despite leaving it in longer than needed.

Clock issues

We purchased all LG products to complete our new kitchen. Unfortunately our MicroWave and This oven both have issue with the LED Clock number 8 working on an off. Of course it's right at the 2 year ownership timeline and we know that no one will care to fix. As a side note the Micro Wave doesn't have a kitchen timer as one of it's features. Our bad for assuming this was a standard feature but I have used and owned many MW's never had a unit without a timer feature.

Outlet dimensions wrong

Ughhhhh, why LG, why!?!? I did every bit of research to ensure this stove would fit. The manual clearly shows an "acceptable outlet area" but its totally wrong. My outlet is in that area, but there is a piece of metal exactly where my outlet sits so that my stove has to be 2 inches away from the wall. Why would you say that's an "acceptable outlet area"!? Super disappointed, now I have to cut tile to move the outlet to make it fit, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid.

Question about oven vent

We just had our oven delivered and notice that the oven vent is very wide and looks very unsightly when sitting at the dinning table. I have called LG and they indicated that they have received similar complaints about the vent and that it is just part of the design. My problem with it is that the inside elements are very noticeable through the vent as per the attached photo.

Seems ok so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far works good...not like my dead microwave. Haven't tried all features yet. Wish the control panel would indicate partial or full element activation instead of having to remember right or left on the dial.

New, Fast. & so many options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this a month ago & are very happy with this new range. The oven heats up to temp so much faster than our old model so we can start to bake or roast when we’re ready with the food to go in. There are great options; small burners, large or small burners & warming zone. Also have oven, convention oven & air fry. We love the air fry as no reason to have another small appliance taking up space in our kitchen. It does have WiFi however I haven’t used that option yet. Still so many things to try with it but it’s so awesome!

Most Ridiculous "Feature" Ever

Range turns on and off constantly. Confirmed that this is as designed. No idea why anyone who has ever cooked would imagine that inconsistent heating and the resultant series of heating and cooling cycles is at all advantageous. This "feature" is disastrous when preparing something delicate like a custard, and it's remarkably ineffective and inefficient at all other times. It makes using this product miserable. Someone needs to get fired over this. Unbelievable.

Could be better

Let the wife pick out a replacement electric range September 2021. The clock and temperature display has gone wonky so we have to guess at the time and temperature. Barely over a year old and the controls for the display have gone bad. The LG ThinQ app does seem to let us control it though. Wife doesn't like using the app. Had a repair guy order parts over 4 weeks ago and we are still waiting for the parts to come in. It is a shame we cannot set the clock (daylight savings time / daylight standard time) with the LG ThinQ app.

Ruins Pizza

I have been cooking pizzas for decades no problem in electric or gas oven. This oven burns the top and the bottom is white almost raw. Took the pizza out of pan early and lowered rack and it didnt help. Seems like not enough heat on bottom and too much on top like others reciewers mention. Not good.
