Can't see the numbers when you turn the knobs to heat the burner. Panel with bake/broil etc needs backlight. Not happy with any of our LG purchases.

No luck in getting a replacement so far. We are cooking on grill outside or microwave for every meal. Afraid to use the oven for fear of top shattering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a senior and at first I was nervous, it looks so fragile. My grown grandchildren have walked me though all the wonderful features. I love it and it upgraded my kitchen and had all my friends come over to brag.

Received the oven with a broken door panel, LG will not fix it, the appliance dealer will not fix it. I saw it when it was being installed, pointed it out, installer said it would be taken care of after taking pics and speaking to appliance dealer, so i didnt refuse the delivery. It's been 2 weeks since delivery and still can't use the oven. First LG appliance, and my last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from my previous oven so that I could have the air fry feature and have a air fryer without losing counter space. I love having it wi-fi connected and getting updates on my phone. The only complaint I have is that food particles that come loose when turning things over tend to fall between the crack between the oven cavity and the door and directly into the lower storage area, which will dirty anything you have in there. Perhaps a shallow metal tray at the front of the drawer would help in that regard.

So, after researching the company and the product we found that they had a great reputation for kitchen appliances in the US and also Korea. Also we found one that not only served our purpose at home but also had convection capabilities. We decided to go with LG, and we believe that it was the best choice so much so that we decided to purchase an LG French door refrigerator and also an LG Dishwasher as well! We have not regretted our decision as we believe that LG is the best product for the money! With LG, you can’t go wrong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally got it over a month after we moved in our new house and I was so happy! It sings to me andI sing to her...I named her Lil Girl, get it? L-G...anyway...the only issue I had was the first time I cooked on the stove - frying chicken got grease everywhere and got a ring around the eye I couldn't get off..I panicked looked at every youtube video I could and finally figured out how to get it off...you gotta scrape and scrape and scrape...but I will do it cause I really like my Lil Girl!

Just installed 3 weeks ago so still learning about all of the features. It's a beautiful addition to our new kitchen. Unfortunately, after the first use I noticed the rubber seal around the stovetop was torn and peeling off. I am very disappointed in this flaw and hopefully I can have this taken care of as I imagine it will only continue to deteriorate.

Performs like any other. No better or worse. Feels 'light weight" like the other three appliances I purchased. Kind of like the cheap foreign cars when you shut the door...sounds 'tinty'! Also, we were not told the middle "burner" in the back wasn't real and later read that LG calls it a "warming" burner or something like that! LOL... Finally, I it took three tries to register my purchase online only to be told that there was a software glitch and I'd have to register ALL FOUR APPLIANCES AGAIN!!!!
