[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV for the picture quality, however, I've had random and annoying issues with the operating system on the TV. Devices added will be forgotten and then have to be set up and renamed again. Also the TV will go to a blank screen every so often usually for five to ten seconds before returning to normal. I don't know why that is happening. I'm also not a fan of the very tiny remote, which is easily lost in between couch cushions, and the way the volume controls work makes it way too easy to accidentally mute the TV while I'm trying to change the volume. Picture quality and anti glare is an A+ The underlying software gets a D

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first OLED flagship TV I have ever bought and I just can't believe what I've been missing all these years. The picture is simply stunning. It is in a brightly lit room with lots of big picture windows and there are no distracting reflections to contend with thanks to the matte screen and the brightness of the screen means I don't even have to draw the shades to watch it. The One Connect box gives lots of flexibility for concealing all my connections within my A/V cabinet. I can't recommend this TV highly enough for anyone considering a high-end purchase.

The OLED picture quality makes movies and games look outstanding, while the smart features and Vision AI add convenience and a more polished user experience. It's a strong choice if you want top-tier picture quality and are willing to pay for it.

A couple months in and this Samsung TV has completely changed my nights in. Motion smoothness is outstanding — fast action and sports stay crisp and clean. Contrast is a standout. I sometimes watch TV in a bright room and blacks are deep without losing shadow detail, giving night scenes real depth. Brightness impresses just as much — HDR highlights pop without blowing out, and daytime scenes look punchy and true-to-life. The anti-glare coating handles my livingroom's afternoon light so I no longer need to close the blinds. Biggest surprise: the upscaling. Older DVDs and lower-res streams look noticeably sharper and cleaner, with far less noise than I expected. I'm genuinely impressed. Excited to join the Samsung family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to finally update our family room Samsung UHD TV to a new Samsung OLED 4K just in time to watch the NFL PLayoffs and Seahawks win the Super Bowl. Brighter, clearer picture and much better sound quality. Even older streaming shows display better newer 4K optimized show are very vibrant and smooth. No technical hiccups yet, just took a while to learn the new settings and configurations that are available. The AI driven auto-setup is not necessarily the best method to get the optimal picture to your preference. Try all the options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending a lot of time comparing OLED, Mini LED, and QLED TVs, I chose the Samsung 65” S90F OLED and I'm very happy with my decision. The picture quality is incredible, with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and outstanding contrast. Movies look cinematic, and gaming on my PS5 is smooth and responsive. I also appreciate how bright the screen gets while still handling reflections well in my living room. The setup was straightforward, and the slim design looks great. It wasn't the least expensive TV I considered, but I feel the picture quality and overall performance make it well worth the investment.

Overall, this TV has most of the features I hoped for EXCEPT you cannot control the background music vs human dialogue balance. It was also very difficult to get closed captions on certain international streaming services AND non-english shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. I ships with heaps of "in your face" not user friendly adverts and recommendations that dominate the space. I does have a great, non-glare display, and the sound (other than what I described above) is good. Luckily, your phone support helped with a lot of this stuff.
