Had the ice maker for a month and it has done very well

I got this a few weeks back..ice cubes are not clear and kinda hollow...

Manufacturer has NO costumer service!  Had it professionally installed.  Worked only once then stayed on defrost... filled with water over and over.  Called for help.  Did a factory reset. It didn’t work.  They didn’t want to help fix the issue and just told me to return it.

Does NOT work-returned

I like everything about the ice maker except that it makes "sheets" of ice which i then have to hit with the scoop to break the sheet into individual ice cubes.  That's why 4 stars instead of 5.
